Fiber availability and redundancy can be provided by 4 separate providers currently at this location. 3 providers share the same route. Close proximity to telephone fiber in the north and east as well as the south and west will allow additional diversity to be achieved with minimal impact CATV fiber diversity can be attained from the south by building approximately ½ mile of fiber from each respectively. This as well as tele fiber would need to be buried. The presence of three local fiber based providers in the area will allow for redundant and diversified fiber access from multiple providers, as well as Central Offices and/or Carrier Points of Presence. Physical outside plant redundancy can be obtained through several sources at this location a minimum of 4 providers can compete to provide competitive services. Redundancy in terms of infrastructure can be achieved between service providers but for route diversity minimal build outs will need to be performed. Given the proximity of this property along the major north south fiber corridor will allow competitive services to be provided.
