Review the functioning of the lights with the patient: It is normal that when you plug in the Power Light and Cell Tower Connection Light will flash green for a few minutes as the Wireless Reader starts up. These lights will turn to continuous green after a few minutes.

It is normal that during small periods the Cell Tower Connection Light will flash green for some seconds during the day It is normal that when the MEMS is being downloaded the White Circle will flash Blue in a circular motion followed by the Cell Tower Connection Light flashing green and the Data Sending Light flashing blue.
