GRUPO ORTIZ responsible growth Health Centre, Sevilla Civic Centre San Nicasio, Leganés, Madrid Engineering and Manufacturing INDAGSA, was founded in 1992 with a clear vocation as an Engineering and Manufacturing Company. Since then, thanks to the experience of its founders during several decades in the design and construction of prefabricated structures for all types of buildings, the INDAGSA System was created, an industrialized construction system whose constant evolution has enabled us to design and carry out its implementation in a particular way for each Project, so as to optimize the combined use of industrial elements in concrete, with in situ solutions and traditional solutions. INDAGSA is a founding member of the National Association of Architectural Concrete Façade Manufacturers (ANFHARQ) which conducts its activity within ANDECE (National Association of Cement Derivatives). In addition INDAGSA has its own Technical Identification Document (DIT) specific for its system, awarded by the Eduardo Torroja Institute of Building Sciences. We also hold the AENOR ISO 9000, IQNET, CERNE PRL and CERNE OHSAS 18001 quality seals. The versatility of the System has enabled it to be applied to all types of buildings: homes of any type and height, individual buildings, health centres, schools, offices, industrial buildings, etc. During this time, INDAGSA has formed a solid team, developing the Project Implementation Engineering, the design and manufacture of prefabricated elements and their assembly on site, so that both the correct used of the System and it adherence to the architectural requirements is guaranteed. 3
INDAGSA I Architectural concrete 99 homes in Urb Soto del Henares, Torrejón de Ardoz, Madrid 393 Residential Dwellings Pinar Bergamin, Madrid The INDAGSA System The industrialized elements used in the INDAGSA System are reinforced architectural concrete panels intended for cladding, load-bearing or self-supporting, precast slabs, with authorization of use, structural linear elements and singular elements The INDAGSA construction system is based on the combination of Precast concrete element with in situ structure. It is an open system of prefabrication, as it can be combined with traditional construction systems. The industrialized elements used in the INDAGSA System are reinforced architectural concrete panels intended for cladding, load-bearing or self-supporting, precast slabs, with authorization of use, structural linear elements and singular elements. Of note is the use of load-bearing panels as elements with a dual function: structural and cladding. The unification of the two functions into one element significantly reduces the total time of the work, since the structure is executed at the same time as the façade cladding and the interior walls of the stairways, elevators and services. The INDAGSA union system are the dry joint type, since they are made with welded anchors, giving instantaneous stiffness to the ground floor of the recently constructed building. This provides very fast installation and execution on site. As they have already been cladded, the internal characteristics of the building are totally traditional, with no concrete visible at any time in the interior of the house. The application of one or more of these elements depends on each particular project, but always obtaining buildings with the following advantages over traditional buildings: Project fully defined before the start of construction. Significant decrease in total work time. Increased floor area /built area ratio. Excellent quality of the facade and low maintenance cost. Safety during execution. Cost competitiveness. 4
