Dear Valued Customer, First and foremost, I would like to thank you for entrusting us with your banking needs. As you may have already heard National Bank of Southwest Florida will soon be operating under a new name, Encore National Bank. Though different in some ways, this change should have very little impact on you and your daily banking activities. You will be able to do business in the same location, with the same people and receive the same great service that you have grown to expect. There are some minor changes that are detailed in this information package. Our goal remains the same, to ensure that your banking experience is the best it can be. The information that follows provides answers to questions you may have about the accounts and services you have with the bank. You will also find that we have added branches in Fort Myers, Naples, and Sun City Center to broaden our reach and serve you better. We know change can be unsettling, so during this transition, rest assured that our focus is on meeting your needs and maintaining the level of service you expect. If you have any questions or concerns that are not addressed in this package feel free to contact any of the employees that you normally work with or feel free to contact me directly. Thank you again for banking with us at Encore National Bank. Sincerely, Thomas N. Ray CEO & President Encore National Bank 239-591-8840 1
