2 INTRODUCTION This guide is for the use in association with the Saracens E-Ticketing web site. This can be found by selecting Tickets and Hospitality and then Match Tickets on the menu bar that runs across the top of the Home screen. 3 TICKET HOME You can view all up and coming matches and events on this screen. Allowing you access to buy tickets, parking and hospitality. Click on Buy for any purchases you want to make eg parking, Hospitality Saracens Express Tabs across the top of the match dates show different match groups i.e. Home Matches /Away Matches/Saracens Storm

4 TICKET HUB 4.1 MATCHDAY MENU - On the Matchday menu you will be able to see all the upcoming fixtures that you will be able to purchase tickets for. You will also be able to see all other events that you can purchase tickets for under the Allianz Park tab. Away match can be found under a separate tab. 4.1.1 Match Tickets Find the Match Ticket Select the match that you want to attend and click on the Buy Tickets option. Scroll down the page and select the number and type of tickets that you would like to purchase and then click on Add to Basket. Find Group Event Packages To purchase group tickets click on Find Group Event Packages. Select the match that you want to attend and click on the Buy Tickets option. Follow the instructions on the page and click on Add to Basket 4.1.2 Parking Once you have purchased your tickets to secure parking select the Buy parking option Select where you would like to park. Scroll down the page and select the number of tickets that you would like to purchase and then click on Add to Basket.

4.1.3 Saracens Express Select the match that you want to attend and click on the Buy SA Express option. Select route and pick up point Scroll down the page and select the number and type of tickets that you would like to purchase and then click on Add to Basket. 4.1.4 Hospitality If you wish to purchase hospitality for a specific game select this option from the fixture list. Alternatively you can see an overview of hospitality across the season by clicking the hospitality icon in the ticket hub. 4.1.5 On line shop Official merchandise can be purchased on line by clicking on the online icon in ticket hub. 4.1.6 Register for Autocup Signing for the Auto Cup service will automatically secure your season and debit your account for these match. For further information and to register click on the Auto Cup icon 4.2 SEASON MENU Scroll to the bottom of the fixture list to find the Season Menu. 4.2.1 Season Tickets at Allianz Park Click on the Season Tickets At Allianz Park option. Selecting which season you would like to purchase click on the Buy Tickets option. Choose the seats you would like to sit in using the interactive map and select how many seats that you would like to purchase. Click on the Add to Basket option. 4.2.2 Saracens memberships TBC 4.2.3 Packages TBC 5 MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT 5.1 MY ACCOUNT To log in to your account enter your client reference number and password. If you cannot remember your password click on Forgotten Password. If you have forgotten your client reference number please email supporterservices@saracens.net stating your name and first line of your address.

5.2 ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT Once you have received your client reference number you will need to activate your account, to do so click on the my account tab and click on activate my account under the login' section. Enter your client reference number and surname and click on find my account to begin activating your account. Your surname is as written on the season ticket card. Please note if you have multiple season tickets you may need to include the (b) for example Smith (b)

5.3 ACCOUNT ACTIVATION INFORMATION You will be greeted with this screen. Ensure to fill out all the details of the form. The Registration Information section at the top of the page will have the password that you want to use to login in to your account. Once you have finished the form click Save details at the bottom of the page to continue.

5.4 TICKET AND ACCOUNT HISTORY On the right hand side of the page under the manage your account tab click on the Ticket and Account History. 5.4.1 All History This section shows date and time of all log on and all items purchased 5.4.2 Transaction History This section shows date and times of all items purchased 5.4.3 Log in History This section shows dates and times of all log on 5.4.4 Ticket Exchange This section shows all ticket exchanges 5.4.5 Ticketing Forwarding This section shows all tickets that have been forwarded 5.4.6 Fan Exchange This section shows all fan exchanges 5.5 MY NETWORK My network is a feature on our ticketing system which allows season ticket holders to purchase tickets online on behalf of other season ticket holders. If you wish to purchase on behalf of other Season Ticket holders please follow the steps below: 1. To add existing Season Ticket Holders to your network you must first ensure that the fan has activated their online account (To activate your online account, click Sign In on the top right hand corner of this page and click the Activate my Account button). Once your fellow season ticket holders have activated their accounts, you can add them to your Network. 2. Enter the Client reference number and Surname for the fan to be added to your network, and click 'Login'. There are two levels of My Network: Level 1 - Assignment level. This level will enable you to assign a member of your Network to any item in your basket when purchasing tickets. These members can then be upgraded to Level 2. Level 2 - Managed level. This level will enable you to manage season tickets for members of your Network i.e. renew season tickets and memberships or purchase reserved seats for certain fixtures, such as Cup games, on their behalf. This page gives you the ability to upgrade or downgrade Saracens fans to/from Assignment level or Managed Level.

Please note that all My Network members need to be upgraded to Level 2 for you buy their season ticket. To do this you need to select Upgrade on the underneath the Their tickets column. This will automatically generate them an email asking them to confirm the change by clicking on a link. You can also add members to an existing group or create a new group. This again can make it easier to assign a member to any item in your basket. If you have any problems setting up your network, please call us on 0844 847 1876 to book tickets over the phone. 5.5.1 Register a new user To register a new user on your account scroll down the page and click on the Register a new user tab and fill out the details for the new user. 5.5.2 View your current Network To view your current network scroll down the page and click on the View your current Network tab. 6 UPDATE DETAILS 6.1 UPDATE DETAILS To update your account details access the My account tab at the top of the ticketing and hospitality page. Once you have logged in and accessed the My account page the option to update your details look under the manage your account tab on the right hand side of the page click on the update details section.

6.2 UPDATE DETAILS CONT. To update your information simply change the information in the relevant fields and ensure that all fields are correctly filled out. Once you have made all the necessary changes to your account click on Save Details at the bottom of the page. 7 MY MEMBERSHIP When you log into your account any memberships you hold will be shown here 8 CLUB CASH Club cash is a brand new loyalty scheme, enabling supporters to earn or redeem Club Cash on merchandise and ticketing transactions To check your balance you simple need login to Saracens.com homepage and then in the top right hand of the screen. Log in using your client reference number and password and your club cash balance will be displayed

To redeem Club cash against tickets you will need to give our supporter services a ring on 0203 675 7200 or come in and see us at Allianz Park. To redeem Club Cash against merchandise you will need to come and visit us in store at Allianz Park. Redeeming online against merchandise will soon be available, and this will be announced in due course. Club Cash can only be used to purchase tickets for matches where Saracens have control of the ticketing, so Allianz Park home matches and Saracens at Wembley matches. To clarify the London Double Header, away games and knock out Matches away from Allianz Park will not be available to redeem Club Cash against. To earn Club Cash you must remember to show your season ticket when making a transaction. That way We can ensure that the transaction is matched to your client reference number and you can be earning on every transaction you make 9 TICKET EXCHANGE Ticket exchange benefits Using this service enables season ticket holders the opportunity to seek financial return on their season ticket An interactive seat map will display all available tickets in one location which will simplify the booking process. The exchange provides members a secure and convenient service to resell to fellow members How does it work? Season ticket holders unable to attend a game can make their ticket available once the match is sold out via the ticket exchange service (subject to restrictions) Upon a buyer being found and a sale being made, your card will be disabled for the game and the buyer will be issued with a ticket. The credit for the ticket sale (less a 10% administration charge) will be deducted from the cost of your 2012/15 season ticket renewal. If you sell tickets on ticket exchange during the forthcoming season your redemption will be automatically taken off your 2014-15 season ticket renewal price.
