E- HRM is current prevailing trend in the corporate hr practices. It facilitates standardised work culture in the organisation and simplifies the work of hr people at work place. It is implemented through the support of top management of the organisation as they allow softwares and applications as per organisations requirement. In certain cases organisations also get designed personalised softwares for day to day activities. Technological innovations lays down several changes which makes functioning of hr simpler and faster than earlier. There are several functions of HRM like recruitment, selection, training and development, retention, payroll administration, performance appraisal etc. thus we can say that IT provides advanced features for database management system but also provides new features to record attendance, leave, salary or bonus calculators. IT also facilitates fair record of attendance with the help of biometric finger print attendance system. Softwares are used in hr practices like Orange HRM, Empower HRMS, Adrenalin, SAP, Simple HR-HRIS, People Trak HRMS, Bamboo HR Software, HRMS Solutions ERP. There are some privacy, cost and security issues are there with IT. There are some other strategies are also being a part of recent trends like Rightskilling, E- retirement, e learning,e- recruitment, work life balance, green hrm etc. In this study we are discussing about the latest strategies of HRM prevailing in the corporate sector. It allows them to maintain and monitor hr structure globally through company portals. Now a days several softwares provide solutions different types of business activities like production, inventory control,supply chain and logistics management, customer relationship management, human resource management. Here we are discussing about some softwares under E-HRM: There are several softwares who are used for HR functions some of them are here like. 2. Simple HR-HRIS It simplifies the task of HR through softwares, it also has an inbuilt compliance system. Its mechanism has following steps: Fig. 1 After analysing companies HR requirements engineers develop the softwares as per that specification which reduces the workload of Hr along with cost and time of production. 3. Adrenalin It s a member company of Polaris Financial Technology. Its software is to align human capital. It provides several tools like Hr software solution. It is customizable as per organisational needs.its training is provided by its certified partners. it makes the function of HR smart and reduce cost to employees 4. Empower HRMS It several modules for HR functions. There is a separate module is available for separate HR function like attendance, leave, payroll, staff information etc. The highlights of this system are Staff informantion system, Employee self service,

It have tabs related to personal and job information, employement history, bank details and education. Its very useful for small scale and medium scale enterprises. 5. People Trak HRMS It facilitates maintenance of valuable information regarding human assets of the organisation. Its virtual classroom provide training to hr professionals who use this software. It has replaced the databases formed in access and excel. Its main features are Consistent, synced data, Auto-run features,save time & money. 6. Orange Hrm It s a cost effective HR solution for companies. It has a rich array of different modules for HR professionals and enterprises. It provides functions like system sdministration, personnel information management, leave, time sheets, attendance, recruitment performance managementetc. 7. Bamboo HR Software Its one of the most prominent HR software in the corporate market. It s a flexible human resource management information system and able to adapt the prevailing and changing needs of the market. Users can use it to monitor employee life cycle in to it along with applicant tracking system. BambooHR is serving tens of thousands of employees in 70 countries worldwide in English, Dutch, French Canadian, German, Portuguese, and Spanish and in multiple currencies. No extra payment is charged for customization, administrators, or inactive employees. 8. SAP ERP is one of five enterprise applications in SAP's Business Suite. The other four applications are:customer Relationship Management (CRM) Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Supply Chain Management (SCM)SAP HR or HCM (human capital management) It provides users services like E- recruitment,attendance, Payroll Administration, employee profile etc. 9. ERP Earlier ERP was used only in manufacturing units for the maintenance, inventory flow, purchase, sale, accounting etc. it was firstly used by Gartner group. Intial focus of ERP was on front office, backoffice, customer,e- business operations. ERP II was coined in 2000 which provides web based information system for employees and partners. There

It has several modules for different tasks of HR like Human resources: Recruiting, training, payroll, benefits, 401K, diversity management, retirement, separations along with these it also contains modules for accounting, project management. It provides data security, flexibility, improves quality, efficiency and productity of HR. 10. Recent strategies in HR practices Rightskilling It lays down a chance in front of company to fill the gaps between employee performance, skill and organisations performance requirements. Rightskilling term was coined by Sorouh. Its better than downsizing of the companies. It s a collective effort of employer and employees. It involves retraining of employees at their work place to perform better. It enhances productivity, makes employees loyal and provides new learning to employeese- retirement It involves pension calculators on company s websites ans also provides e solutions for EPF and Gratutity. It generates fair amount of pension to the employees as per company norms. It also facilitates E-delivery of pension.e learning It involves broad use of computers, mobiles, laptops, tabs its being a prevailing trend of current corporate education environment. TEL,CBT, IBT, WBT, VLE etc are the forms of E-learning it is good for working professionals, global education and people who are unable to approach college. In this webcams, blogs, chat boxes are usually used E- recruitment It involves recruitment of prospective employees through job portals like naukri, shine, monster, wisdom etc. Now a days it is a rising business as companies used to outsource their recruitment process to recruitment firms. Work life balance it involves a balance between work and lifestyle of employees. To maintain an equlibrium with health, family, pleasure, development along with work schdules and stress. Its motive is to develop ideal employees who can contribute extra role and behaviours to the organisations.ideal employees proove to be a valuable asset for the companies also injects success into the organisation.green hrm It plays a crucial role in protection of environement from man made disasters by creating awareness among employees. It also motivates them to reduce carbon footprints and other pollution inducing activities to maintain and enhance the ecological balance along with beauty of nature and our planet earth. Its usually done through use of ecofriendly products, pollution control, waste management etc. 11. Conclusion To conclude we can say that there are many more softwares are available in the market who provide HR solutions to the companies like octopus, halogen, compensation xl etc. These softwares have increased efficiency, speed, growth, flexibility of human resources but yet there are some limitations along with them as cost of installation of these softwares is very high so many companies are unable to afford it, it needs technical experts along with gives rise to training needs of employees which is again

New strategies in HR are employees friendly in nature they fosters loyalty among employees and enhance their productivity at work place. They tend to maintain their human dignity at work place and also encourages to contribute for the protection of environment from future disasters that can be caused due to men s carelessness.
