A. Methodology for a registered user 1. The user accesses www.cfrcalatori.ro, then click the button Railway Tickets and the system will display the following page: 2. Click the Railway Online Tickets, and the system shows the following page: 3

If the user is not already registered, to create an account, access the link "New User Registration" from the login page, a new page it will be opened and the user will enter personal information for creating an account 4. After completing all the fields, before pressing the confirm button you have to agree to the terms and conditions imposed, and to do this tick "AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MANDATORY", after that, as a security measure please complete the sequence of letters and numbers from the image posted on the page in the field above it. 5. After introducing the the system will display the following message 4

CFR Online Ticket sale application User Manual - CFR Online Ticket Connecting The connection is made by accessing the link http: / / bileteonline.cfrcalatori.ro / loginuser.aspx, or www.cfrcalatori.ro page, CFR Tickets, CFR online Tickets. To access the application, the user must authenticate using a username and a password: In the User Name field it will be entered the user s login name and in the User Password field it will be entered the user s password. Then the user can change the password according to the specified instructions. If for some reasons, the user has forgotten the password, there is the possibility of receiving a new password by clicking Forgot my password button and the system will display the following screen: 6

The system requires the login name and e-mail address, at the user account creation displaying warning messages if the user enters incorrect data: 7

If all the required data have been introduced successfully then the system will display the following message: On your e-mail address the user will receive the message with the new password automatically generated by the system: It is recommended that the users change their password at first login, from the user menu. After completing the fields Username and Password the system allows the user to perform online transactions. 8

In the upper right of the screen there are information about the connected user and his Name and First name. Below this information there is a menu that will be detailed later in this manual, menu that includes: Routes Train Information Reports Refunds Change data Help Exit 1. Routes By moving your mouse over the fields Date, Departure, Destination, Via, Nr. of Changing trains on the route, the Maximum Deviation from the shortest route, it will display in tool tip information for clarification. Date is the date of travel (passenger s boarding). The field must be filled out. Departure is the departure station. If the user completes a minimum of 3 characters it is presented a list of stations beginning with the characters introduced from which the user can choose / select the departure station. The selection of the station is done by clicking Enter on the station name. The field must be filled out. Destination is the destination station. The selection destination is similar to the departure station. The field must be filled out. Via is the station where the passenger wishes explicitly to reach during the journey. The selection of the destination station is similar to the departure station. It is not necessary to complete this field. In the event that this field is not completed, the system automatically selects the shortest route. 9

Nr. of the changing trains on the way represents how many trains in addition to minimum number, the passenger wishes to change to arrive at the destination. It is selected the value "0" (the system offers direct trains without changes or with the fewest changes). Maximum deviation from the shortest route (%) the deviation from the shortest route, with rates on km. The system offers (by the value already selected) in addition to the shortest route, routes with up to 50% higher than the minimum distance. In this case you must complete more characters in fields destination, via because there are more stations that begin with this combination of letters and can not be determined exactly. If the fields were completed correctly and the forward button is pressed, the user is transferred to the following screen: This screen presents the routes that were found according to the entered search criteria. 12

At the top, there are the stations of Departure, Destination, Via, Nr. of Changes and date of travel, the information completed in the previous step by the user. The routes are presented in a table containing the following information: price - by clicking price on the picture to get information on the entire route fare. The price screen will be shown later; Rank - rank Train F, P, IC, A - Fast, Commuter, Inter City, Accelerated; Station - the original boarding station and the final station if the route consists of a single train. If the route has several trains there are presented boarding stations and final stations for each train Time - hours of departure; Distance - distance for each train; Services - services (business class reservation depending on the type of car) available for each train. At the end of all the routes there is a legend of services. Also if the user passes the mouse on images with services will receive information regarding the name of services; Restrictions - are the traffic restrictions of the train. If the train has a schedule, it means that it has traffic restrictions on certain days, but it runs on the chosen day (selected as the date of travel). If it has a link that says DON T RUN, it means that the train does not run on that day (initially selected). If you click on the link, a screen will open where there are shown the traffic restriction of the train. The screen will be detailed later in this manual. If the train runs permanently and has no restrictions, will appear no appear. Buy - This button appears when the train is a superior rank with reservation system (A, F, IC) and it runs on that day. The trains that do not have this button it means that you can not make reservations for seats (is not running on that day or it is a train without reservation system, etc.). The user chooses the desired route and buys (by clicking Buy button) train travel cards (each train separately). As a result, a new window with information will open (the window opens over the existing window so the user can see any routes previously calculated). In the first part of the screen there are the data selected initially by the user regarding the travel (travel time, train number, from, to) and that in this stage can not change. Business class is chosen: 1 st class or 2 nd class, the system offers 2 nd class. If it is chosen 2 nd Class then it is choosen the reservation class which can be: -the second class coach - berth coach with 6 beds -berth coach with 4 beds 13

If it is chosen 1 st class then choose the reservation class which can be: -1 st class coach -sleeping coach with 2 beds -sleeping coach in single regime (with 2 beds) The user must enter the number of people acording to their quality: adult, child, pupil or student in the appropriate box: Depending on the type of passengers, a window will appear that will outline the quality of passengers (excluding adult passenger). 14

If the maximum no. of passengers is overpassing, the system will display the following message: The maximum numbers of passengers for whom seats can be requested in one online transaction vary depending on the type of car, so: 6 seats in wagons class (1 st Class, 2nd Class, Business Standard, Business Exclusive) 6 seats in berth couches with 6 beds, 4 seats in berth couches with 4 beds, 2 seats in sleeping cars with 2 beds, 2 seats in sleeping cars in "Single" regime. The user enters the number of passengers in the boxes according to the type of passenger and limits: After entering the number of passengers, he pushes the price button that will display the total price of the travel: 16

Then you will complete the control code which is case sensitive (take into account if it is written in a capital letter). When it is not correctly completed the system displays the following message: If this code has been correctly completed and you click the Continue button, the user is transferred to the next screen: In this screen, the user must enter the full name of passengers, any number of the document which gives a reduction that is a student card or reduction card in transport pass for students. 17

After entering the data on the identity of passengers, press buy button which will transfer the user on the online payment page: After verifying the data, the user presses continue button and enters data related to the card which will pay with: 18

When the Authorize button is operated, the user agrees that the amount for the benefit of transport to be withdrawn from his account. After the operation, the user is informed that the transaction has succeeded. On the e-mail adress, the user will receive two messages - A message confirming the amount charged from the card, shown bellow: 19

By receiving this message it is certified the fact that the electronic transaction of online selling was successfully done, and the user can print the online ticket from his user profile, directly from the attached link or attachment. 21

The user travels by train with or without this online ticket. It is compulsory to show to the train staff the identification document of the passenger (ID card for adults, birth certificate for child, student s book for pupil and a reduction card in transport pass for students). Traffic restrictions (the Not Running button) If you click the link Not Running it may be obtained information relating to traffic restrictions of the train Price information In the routes screen, the user can obtain general information regarding the price, if he clicks PRICE INFORMATION (within each route): There are offered prices for the the following types of tickets: a) Full price ticket (those which don t beneficiate from facilities under the regulations and normative acts in force). b) Pupil Ticket / student pass (for students over 10 years old on the base of the pupil s book endorsed in the current year and students on the base of the special card given by the school) c) Child ticket (for children between 5 and 10 years old and for those who are under 5 years old for whom are requested separate seats). 23

d) Student ticket with coupons (for students who have special tickets with coupons given by schools). e) Pensioner (on the base of special coupons given by the house of retirement). By selecting different types of ticket (depending on the facility available to the passenger) and reservation class, there are obtained different prices for the chosen route. 2. Train Information In the menu is the option train information. With this option there are obtained information about the movement of a train on a given day: Insert the number of the train and select the date on which you want information, and then click the Search button. There are provided information on train number and name of each station, train rank, date of departure of the train station of guidance, trains groups. Also, for each station there are shown the kilometers, station name, time of arrival on station, departure time of station, services and the name that goes in that station. The information obtained is available for the train that leaves from the guidance station on the selected date. At the end of the path is given a chart with existing services. 24

In case the train has traffic restrictions and they are also presented, the user must click on the link given in order to obtain detailed information about traffic restrictions. After pressing the restrictions button it will appear the following screen: 25

On the lines there are the months, and days of the months in columns, a red quarrel means that the train does not circulate in the corresponding month and day. When you want information about a train that doesn t exist you will get the message "Nonexisting train." 3. Reports The user will position the mouse on the "Reports" menu and he will choose from the list the desired report. The types of reports available in the system are: 3.1. The CFR online railway ticket obtained on the transaction with ID No...: 26

It is completed by the user the Id transaction field, then click Run report button. The system will present the duplicate ticket obtained on the transaction with ID no. 27

If the user enters an id of a transaction that he has not made then the system will display the following message: 3.2. List of refund request on the period: If the user requests this report the system presents all the requests for refunds of the user on the selected period. 28

By clicking the Information button, the selected refund request is detailed. 29

3.3. Transactions completed during the period (ticket information) This report presents to the user all the completed transactions within a certain period: By pressing the Information button, the system will present the duplicate ticket obtained by the transaction with ID no. 30

4. Refunds User Manual - CFR Online Ticket The user must know the ID for whom he will make the refund, in accordance with regulations set out in the Terms and Conditions. Enter ID for the transaction to which it would make the refund: 31
