Its maker, Riot Games, is also no stranger to speed. In only four years, Riot grew from 50 to 1,500 employees. Not surprisingly, their startup-sized IT department couldn t keep up. Riot needed a coordinated, expanded Corp IT staff, ASAP. But not just any IT staff. Riot tends to hire the best of the best they are very selective. We needed to staff close to 40 people with 40 unique, individual skillsets. And even then, it wasn t just about getting the right expertise. They re very big on culture fit.
