1 QNET HOME PAGE (https://www.qnet.net) - Click Login to access the Virtual Office - Enter your IR ID No and Password then click Login NOTE: Upon successful login, VO popups will appear for applicable countries and the dashboard will load. 3

3 MY COMMISSIONS The following items are shown in the MY COMMISSIONS: - evoucher Summary - By IR Ship - By TC - Incentives/Bonuses 5
3.1 evoucher SUMMARY - Click evoucher Summary under My Commissions - My Commission Summary page will load - Select Commission Week and Year and click Go - The evoucher Summary and evoucher Redemption History will be displayed - To view the evoucher Pin, enter Q Account PIN Code and click Validate 6
3.2 COMMISSION BY IRSHIP - Click By IR ship under My Commissions - My Commission by IR ship page will load - Select TC and click Continue - Select Year - Displays the Summary Compensation for selected TC - Or click Statement (Year to Date) button to view all 7
3.3 COMMISSION BY TC - Click By TC under My Commissions - My Commission by TC page will load - Select TC and click Continue - Select Year - Displays the Summary Compensation for selected TC - Or click Statement (Year to Date) button to view all 8
3.4 BONUSES - Click Bonuses under My Commissions - Bonus page will load - Select Week and Year - Select Bonus Type and click Go - Bonus details for selected week and type will be displayed 9

5 MY TOOLS The following items are shown in the MY TOOLS: - ecard Checker - Extend ecard - Extend evoucher - Manage Tracking Centres (TC) - Manage Business Volume (BV) 11
5.1 ecard CHECKER - Click ecard Checker under My Tools - ecard Checker page will load - Enter ecard Numbers - Click Search to view the ecard details Original Value, Remaining Value, Status, Expiry Date - Click Cancel to clear the fields - Click Close to close the window 12
5.2 EXTEND ecard (By ecard Itself) - Click Extend ecard under My Tools - Select By ecard Itself - Enter expired ecard Number and ecard PIN and click Validate - Click Go to extend - An ecard List containing ecard details will appear at the bottom of the page and click Submit - A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click OK to proceed NOTE: Can extend a maximum of 10 ecards at a time 13
5.3 EXTEND evoucher - Click Extend evoucher under My Tools - Enter expired evoucher Number and click Extend evoucher button - evoucher List containing details and result of extension will be displayed - If Result is VALID, enter ecard No. and PIN, click Validate. If Result is FAIL, re-enter correct evoucher No. - ecard details will appear and click Submit - Click Show Receipt to open the evoucher Extension Confirmation 14
5.4 MANAGE TRACKING CENTRE (TC) - Click Manage Tracking Centre under My Tools - Placement Management display the number of TCs in Bank - Enter IR ID No. and click Verify IR ID No button to place a TC - Once the IR ID has been validated, the TC, Preferred Placement and Continue buttons become activated - Select TC No. from the dropdown list and tick the Preferred Placement (left or right) and click Continue NOTE: After the successful placement, one TC will be deducted from the bank 15
5.5 MANAGE BUSINESS VOLUME (BV) - Click Manage Business Volume under My Tools - BV Allocation page will be displayed showing Current BV on TC and available BV in bank - Select (+) to Add or (-) to Deduct BV from TC - Click Continue NOTE: Need to zero out the BV to Distribute before the Continue button is activated 16

6.1 GENEALOGY REPORT BY DATE - Click By Date link under My Activity and Performance - Select a TC and click Continue - New window will display the IR s downlines and its TCs as of the current date 18
6.2 GENEALOGY REPORT BV GENEALOGY - Click BV Genealogy link under My Activity and Performance - Select a TC and click Continue - Select Week,Year and type of report to view the records - New window will display the summary and total BVs of IR s Left and Right downlines 19
6.3 GENEALOGY REPORT BV TRANSACTION - Click BV Transactions link under My Activity and Performance - Displays the detailed transactions of an IR and corresponding BVs earned 20
6.4 GENEALOGY REPORT VISUAL GENEALOGY - Click Visual Genealogy link under My Activity and Performance - Select a TC and click Continue - Display IR s downline in a multi-level tree view - Click the IR ID to view the next level downlines 21
6.5 GENEALOGY REPORT SEARCH DOWNLINES - Click Search Downlines link under My Activity and Performance - Enter Downline Name and click Search - Tick the Genealogy Type viewing option - Displays the Downline s details 22
6.6 GENEALOGY REPORT REFERRAL SUMMARY - Click Referral Summary link under My Activity and Performance - List down all the direct referrals - Click on IR ID No. - Displays Referral Contact Information of downline 23
6.7 COMMISSION EARNED REPORT - Click Referral Summary link under My Activity and Performance - Select Year and Week Range - Select Design Type (Line or Bar) - Click Submit - Displays graphical presentation of commission earned for the selected date range 24
7 MY PROFILE The following items are shown in the MY PROFILE: - Personal Info - Profile Update Profile Update Update Email and Address Change Password - Know Your Customer KYC Video - My QNET Life Site 25
7.1 PERSONAL INFO - Click Personal Info link under My Profile - Shows personal information of IR including IR ID No, Rank, Status, Address, Referrer, Renewal Date and KYC Status 26
7.2 PROFILE UPDATE - Click Profile Update link under My Profile - Update the necessary information Date of Birth Gender Home Phone No Preferred Language Marital Status Spouse Name Spouse Date of Birth - Click Update to save the changes - Click Reset to undo the changes 27
7.3 UPDATE EMAIL AND ADDRESS - Click Update Email and Address link under My Profile - Enter Q Account PIN Code and click Validate - Once PIN Code is validated, update necessary information Beneficiary Name Relationship to Beneficiary Nationality Email Address Residential Address - Click Update to save the changes - Click Reset to undo the changes - Click Back to Main to go to My Dashboard 28
7.4 CHANGE PASSWORD - Click Change Password link under My Profile - Enter Old Password - Enter and confirm New Password - Click Update to save the changes - Click Cancel to clear the entries 29
7.5 KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER - Click Know Your Customer under My Profile - Loads SLA and Know Your Customer Form - Enter email address and contact number for the request - Type-in the message / request in the Notes box and click Submit. An email notification will be sent to IR after submitting the form. - Click Choose to select a file then click Upload NOTE: Upon selecting a new language, the SLA and CRF pages will reload to reflect the language selected 30
8 MY TRANSACTIONS The following items are shown in the MY TRANSACTIONS: - Order and Payment History - View Transaction History - Product Shipment - Pay Installment Balance - Pay Annual IRship Fee - Product Migration - View AutoShip Order 31
8.1 ORDER AND PAYMENT HISTORY - Click Order and Payment History under My Transactions - Select Month and Year - Click Go - Order details are displayed - Click on the Order No. to show the payment details - Click the Receipt No to load the Purchase Confirmation 32
8.2 PAY INSTALLMENT BALANCE - Click Pay Installment Balance under My Transactions - Loads Balance Payment page in estore - Select Order No and Amount to Pay - Click Continue - Confirm order by clicking Continue - Allocate TC and BV - Choose Payment Option ecard or Credit Card 33
8.3 VIEW AUTOSHIP ORDER - Click View AutoShip Order under My Transactions - Shows the details of AutoShip transactions Order No, Receipt No and Date 34

10.1 MY IN-VOICE ACCOUNT - Select the Account Number to manage - Click Select Account button to proceed - In-Voice Account Manager page will load displaying account information and In-Voice tools and menus 40
10.2 MY IN-VOICE CALL RATES - Click Call Rates link under My In- Voice Account - Select Service, Account Type, Origin (From) and Destination (To) of the call - Click the Calculate button to view the call rate for selected service 41
10.3 MY IN-VOICE TECH SUPPORT (ENGLISH / BAHASA) - Select the Account Number to manage - Click Select Account button to proceed - In-Voice Enquiry Form page will load displaying Enquiry Type, Personal Information, Reported Problem and other fields - Fill out the Enquiry Form and click Submit 42
11.1 SUBSCRIBE 2FA - Click on Subscribe 2FA link - Tick Software Token USD20 + USD20 annual subscription fee and click Continue - Select Payment Option ecard, Credit Card or Quest Account 43
