The Flexible Executive Programme is delivered through a well-balanced blend of face to face workshops and the latest virtual learning environment offering you the flexibility to study around your life and work commitments in the UK or at one of our international locations. Duration 30 months Price: R205,000.00* Entry Criteria: Normally a minimum of 3 years management experience (if you have other relevant experience please tell us about it) Location: You can join one of the 9 locations where The Henley Flexible Executive MBA is delivered locally - UK, Denmark, Finland, Hong Kong, Germany, Ireland, Malta, South Africa or Trinidad. The compulsory starter workshop is delivered at our beautiful Greenlands campus (except for programme members based in South Africa and Trinidad). The rest of the workshops are delivered at one of the 9 locations, or through our virtual learning environment. 11 *Prices subject to change
To join a Henley Executive or Flexible Executive MBA programme you will need Three years management experience Good first degree or equivalent professional qualification* Evidence of competence in English - English language requirements For the Flexible Learning/Executive programmes you must be able to gain access to company data for assignment purposes * A good first degree or an equivalent professional qualification is normally required. However, we welcome applications from candidates with exceptional management experience who may not meet all the formal criteria for admission. If you have a minimum of three years managerial experience at a senior and strategic level we would be happy to consider an application. Our Admission Panel reviews all non-standard applications for suitability. 12
The following criteria are offered as a starting point for consideration. Number of years management experience should be evidenced by some or all of the following types of managerial activity (not in any order of priority): Demonstrable involvement in shaping managerial decisions that affect events beyond standard daily operational activities Co-ordinating the work of others in a team Responsibility for meeting financial targets that rely on the efforts of more than one person A requirement to structure and order one s own work activities over a period of more than one month to solve problems and deliver results A defined responsibility for improving the performance of people, processes or technology A role that primarily achieves results through influencing others rather than through direct authority Experience of working internationally or of relevant multi-cultural exposure. 13
