NMLS will automatically generate subscribable notifications and email communications when certain actions are taken. Institution Account Administrators or their designees will receive the institution notifications and emails. Mortgage Loan Originators will receive all individual emails. Notifications and emails may be received in real time or on a nightly basis and will be sent from NMLSNotifications@NMLSNotifications.com. Notifications User subscribable emails that the account administrator can grant access to. If no users are assigned to receive a notification, the notification is sent to all Account Administrators. Emails Emails are non-subscribable. These are sent to the recipient with no option to opt out and are triggered by an event in the system.
