1. Introduction This manual describes the usage of the KSB video webcam solution Cisco JabberVideo. This is in the product that is known at KSB partially as Tandberg MOVI. Because of the corporate takeover of Tandberg by Cisco and the subsequent developments was it was rebranded to Cisco JabberVideo by the manufacturer. With Cisco Jabber Video there is the possibility at KSB to perform conferences with all video systems from the KSB Video Network. Local video conference systems at KSB companies or external partners (e.g. customers and suppliers) can be contacted, too, as far as they support the international videoconferencing standards. Video connections to closed platforms (e.g. Skype, MSN, FaceTime) that do not support video conferencing standards, are not possible. This document describes the usage and the features of this software solution. The general handling of the KSB Video Network (e.g. preassigning of connections, room reservation process, handling of room systems, virtual video rooms) is pre-condition for this guide. Please note that this software is available in English language only. A provision in other languages is not possible. Information on this topic as well as the latest version of this manual (and the additional documentation) is available on the intranet KSB: http://intranet.emea.ksb.intern/links/video.aspx Seite 3 von 11

2. Start and Configuration 2.1. Starting the Application Make sure that your webcam and your audio headset is connected and operational. Now start the program icon "Cisco Jabber Video for TelePresence" and enter your credentials. Your JabberVideo username at KSB usually has the appearance of firstname.lastname. As the change of the password by the user is not supported in this the software, at KSB we provide a fixed 5-digit PIN as your password. If you select the option for "Remember Me", the auto-login to your account is enabled for future application launches. 2.2. Configuring Audio and Video When you start the application the first time, you re routed directly to the Quick Setup. Here you can select the different microphones, speakers and cameras, which you may have installed on your PC, for the usage with Jabber Video. You also can test and adjust the selected devices. Once you have performed the complete routine press the "Next" button to continue. Seite 4 von 11

The next screen gives you an overview of the configuration results and performs a quick check of your environment. Close the Quick Setup with "Finish". Now you get to the user interface itself. Whenever you disconnect your headset or your camera from the PC (e.g. notebook undocking), we recommend to run the Quick Setup before a new use again. You can find the Quick Setup under the tool icon at the top right. Seite 5 von 11

3. Calling Someone To initiate a video call, simply enter the connection information into the address bar and press the Enter key on the keyboard. While typing to the address bar you will get appropriate suggestions from the KSB video address book. If you have so found your target system, you can select one with the mouse and click on "Start" to connect. Seite 6 von 11

4. Being Called If you have your JabberVideo client software started, you can receive video calls. It is sufficient if the application is minimized to the taskbar (icon right next to the clock). Incoming calls are signaled via an audio signal and a displayed message. Press the green "Answer" - button to accept the call. Internal users at KSB can find your connection information using the address books in their video system. External users can call you over the Internet. The external system must support the URI dialing calling method. Your personal internet video address is from the format firstname.lastname@ksb.com. You know this format surely from e-mails. Your exact internet video address will be handed out along with access information to your account. Seite 7 von 11

5. Operations during the Conference During the conference move the mouse on the video window and a toolbar with the following options appears: Show Self-View Turn camera off Turn microphone off Adjust volume Go to fullscreen mode Share presentations End call Seite 8 von 11

6. Adding Participants (Multiway) An established connection can be extended dynamically with other participants. This feature is called Multiway. Simply call another participant from your JabberVideo client. The initial connection will be kept on hold and a second connection to the new participant will be set up. On "Join All", the two connections are then merged. Please note that multi-site conferences, which were initiated with automatic starting of the conference, cannot be extended with other participants. Seite 9 von 11

7. Quitting the Application You can close the JabberVideo client with clicking the cross in the upper right corner of the program window. JabberVideo stays active in the background and you still can receive calls. You can see the icon in the task bar (bottom right next to the clock). To end JabberVideo completely, you place a right-click on the icon and select "Exit" from the context menu. Seite 10 von 11

8. Service and Support 8.1. Information about Video Conferencing at KSB For all the latest information on developments in the video conferencing environment at KSB, our freshest manuals and lists of available systems, please refer to the KSB Intranet. http://intranet.emea.ksb.intern/links/video.aspx 8.2. Reporting of Incidents The video systems KSB Video Network (including JabberVideo) are under full service of the KSB IT departments. On any problems or incidents please contact our central KSB IT Service Desk (Tel. +49 6233 86 3500 or 3500). Here's your incident is recorded and depending on the nature of the fault solved directly or assigned to the responsible KSB colleagues or external service provider. 8.3. User Questions and Usage Support On general questions regarding the usage of the software, please contact the central KSB IT Servicedesk (Tel. 3500 or +49 6233 86 3500). A responsible colleague will then get in touch with you and arrange an individual appointment where you can discuss all pending questions or get a small introduction. Seite 11 von 11
