Rebootizer Group plc is a UK holding company involved in the development, marketing and sales of a nutraceutical drink called Rebootizer. The company listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in March 2010 Rebootizer is a new smart drink product in the functional foods (FOSHU) market Attractive sector with growing consumer interest in the role of nutrition for health. Market in UK alone has grown by 171% from 2002-2007 to 613m Product marketed globally as 'the anti-hangover shaker'. It is made up of 100% natural plant & fruit extracts. Rebootizer Group plc is the holding company of four 100% owned subsidiaries that are involved in the marketing and sales of an anti hangover cure, Rebootizer, to customers globally. Harry was previously the CEO of Red Bull UK. He joined in 1995, Harry built Red Bull UK from a company that was losing money into one that is now the second largest Red Bull market worldwide, with sales in 2006 of nearly 300m cans. He has been credited with taking the brand away from an energy drink to a product that provides stimulation for body and mind, which created clear distance between Red Bull and other competitors. Harry began his distinguished career by joining Anheuser Busch. He quickly became Brand Manager in the high-profile team that introduced what is today the largest selling beer brand in the world, Bud Light. Subsequently, he was recruited into a senior marketing position at Ernest and Julio Gallo before re-joining Anheuser Busch to launch Budweiser across Europe. He left Anheuser Busch in 1989, to become CEO of Red Bull UK. Harry, was best known for masterminding the launch of Eighties' designer lager Sol, as well as the introduction of Snapple into the UK. Thierry joined Rebootizer in 2009 and has been involved in promoting the brand worldwide, utilising his strong international business relationships he has developed over the past 20 years. He was subsequently appointed CEO of the group. Thierry previously trained at ACCOR Group, where he went on to develop Europe s leading golf club group (Blue Green) for the international bank Crédit Lyonnais. Chris is a Chartered Accountant who qualified with KPMG in October 2005. After qualification Chris joined Transaction Services gaining M&A experience. After KPMG Chris joined Bluewater Bio Limited in 2007, where he was Finance Director and worked on the admission to AIM of Bluewater Bio International in December 2007. Chris is currently a non executive of Logicor Limited, a company specialising in the supply and creation of patents across a wide range of industries. Page 5

The company originally initiated a scientific research program in a laboratory with the aim of creating, a product made out of 100% natural plant and fruit extracts known for their digestive properties, for use as an hangover cure Having established the formula which makes up the powder now used in Rebootizer, the company needed to find a perfect delivery solution for this part-powder part-liquid product After further research and trials, with the collaboration of the Spanish company MixPak, an innovative, quick-to-use pouch was developed, which infuses the powder and water when squeezed. In 2008, Rebootizer was ready to be released onto the market. Throughout 2009 the company s marketing team began to develop the market for it s product, signing up distributors around the world, before commencing sales Key Features Rebootizer is an alcohol-free drink made of 100% natural plants & fruits extracts which have anti-oxidant properties aiding the digestion of food and drink. It stimulates and hydrates the body & helps it to breakdown the toxins from alcohol consumption. When taken before going to bed, the extracts help the body to regenerate. Product has a broad target market meaning wide distribution. Primary target market is 18-34yrs unisex, students and party-goers. Strategy for targeting the primary group (18-34yrs, unisex): beaches, clubs, bars, concerts, etc The product is produced under recognised international high quality standards and all of the ingredients in the product have been approved according to Swiss, European and International legislations. Efficiency of the product on oxidative stress has been proven by a scientific study. Page 6

Product Image The company's objective is to emphasize the principles of a healthy and balanced diet combined with a cutting-edge technology. In the UK alone, between 2002 and 2007, the market for functional food has been buoyant, rising by 171% to 613 million. In March Rebootizer Group agreed a 2 year sponsorship deal with Youthstream, the FIM Motocross World Championships promoter, in 2010/2011 alongside other big name sponsors such as Red Bull, KTM and Teka Group. Commenting on the deal, Rebootizer Group plc Chief Executive Thierry Huguet said: This is a significant and exciting step in the global marketing strategy of Rebootizer Group. The FIM Motocross World Championships were viewed by over 1 billion people during the 2009/2010 season. Rebootizer will be one of the main sponsors when the Championship starts on 4th April. Page 11

Distribution Currently distribution is mainly based in Europe; with distribution and packaging in Spain, which is one of the Group s key territories. The Group's strategy for sales is to engage and sign exclusive distribution agreements for partners in each country and has the following distribution agreements already signed: Spain Duty Free markets China Canada Mexico Belgium & Luxembourg Italy France USA Chile Columbia The company will continue to develop its global distribution network throughout 2010 and 2011 Expansion of production network Current production lines are located only in Spain (there are two machines in operation and the third is in the final stage of testing), and given that the product is 90% water, this generates significant freight costs.
