AUTOMOBILE CLUB ITALIA 2014 CLASSIC CARS SPORT REGULARITY STANDARD SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS ( these regulations were last updated on 31 March 2014) The Organiser is authorised to print these Standard Supplementary Regulations from the CSAI website. Every such printed regulations must be filled in by hand (in block letters) or with a word processor (using a different font or bold characters). Unwanted text must be erased by drawing a line through it so it can still be read. For the purpose of issuing organisation permits, any regulation that has not been filled in using these supplementary regulations will not be accepted. The Organiser must declare any changes to these supplementary regulations with a separate written report, in which he/she must explain the reasons for the requested changes (see the statement below the stamp of the Organiser and the signature of the legal representative). Any changes must be distinguishable from the original text. Foreword The Modena Cento Ore Classic 2014 race consists in an invitation-only event, included in the 2014 ACI- CSAI National Calendar, with Average Speed Trials (AST) held on roads temporarily closed to the traffic and Time Trials (TT) held in circuits. No. 236109 Press Officer: Francesca Azzali ART. 4 RACE The Organiser SCUDERIA TRICOLORE ASD Holder of the licence No. 308860, announces and organises on 3-7 JUNE 2014 a Classic Cars Sport regularity rally named : MODENA CENTO ORE CLASSIC The zone where the event will be held is 3 The event will take place over No. 4 days. ART. 5 ROUTE The route of the event will be 1.143,86 km in length and will be described in the Itinerary attached to these specific regulations, of which it is an integral part, and in the Road Book. The Itinerary will also describe how the time trials will take place. There will be No. 13 Average Speed Trials, No. 6 Time Trials, No. 27 Time Checks. Pag. 4

The rally will start from RUBIERA (RE) at 09.55 on 04/06/2014 and will finish in MODENA (MO) from 17.52 on 07/06/2014. The rally will take place on public roads, at an average speed of no more than 50 kph. No secret measurings will be made during the last 2,5 km of the Average Speed Trials. ART. 6 - APPLICATIONS The applications, whose forms must be mailed (or sent through fax or email) to SCUDERIA TRICOLORE ASD - Viale Magenta 1/D - 42123 Reggio Emilia - Fax 0522-441633 - Email info@scuderiatricolore.re.it, along with the (euro) 4.500,00 entry fee, will open and close on the dates and times specified by the programme. ART. 6 Bis VEHICLES Only cars built from 1919 to 1981 will be eligible to participate, up to a maximum of 40 vehicles. Any decisions made by the Organising Committee regarding which cars will be admitted will be final. The Organiser reserves the right to accept or reject application requests without stating any reasons. The organiser also reserves the right to accept some crews notwithstanding the maximum number allowed for promotional ends. It is not allowed to replace the car after the admission has been confirmed, except for specific cases approved by the Organising Committee. The Organising Committee reserves the right to accept crew and/or car changes in any moment, even during the Administrative Checks and until the closure of those same checks. The allowed documents for the vehicles are: Fiche Csai, Asi, Fia, Fiva, Avvs, Manufacturer Registers, self-certification of compliance for foreign cars. The vehicles will be divided into the following groups: 1 st Group: cars manufactured until 1945 2 nd Group: cars manufactured from 1946 to 1965 3 rd Group: cars manufactured from 1966 to 1981 ART. 6 Ter RACING NUMBERS, ORDERS AND STARTING INTERVALS The racing numbers, valid for the compilation of the starting orders, will be assigned by the Organising Committee at its sole discretion, taking into account the age of the car and the organisational and promotional requirements of the event. The start will be given to two cars each minute. The Clerk of the Course will draw up the Starting Order following the ascending order of the racing numbers, except for any changes due to the substitution of a registered car with a more or less performing one, which could entail a revision of the Starting Order. The Organiser reserves the right to impose restrictions to the drawing up of the Starting Order for organisational reasons, or to promote the event and its sponsors. The racing numbers must be applied onto the car as per the instructions given together with them, before the Technical Scrutineerings, and must remain visible during the whole duration of the race, under penalty of sanctions inflicted upon notification by the Clerk of the Course. ART. 7 - REARRANGEMENTS There will be no rearrangements. ART. 8 TIME LIMIT A crew will be considered over the time limit: - if it passes through a time check with a delay of over 15 minutes; - if it accumulates a total amount of over 30 minutes of delay per Leg at more than one time check. ART. 9 ARRIVAL The arrival checkpoints will be placed at the following locations: Leg 1: FLORENCE, Viale Trento, open from 20:30 Leg 2: FLORENCE, Villa Olmi, open from 17:00 Leg 3: VIAREGGIO, Via Coppino, open from 16:30 Leg 4: MODENA, Piazza Grande, open from 16:30 ART. 10 CLASSIFICATIONS The following classifications will be drawn up: a) overall; b) groups; c) special: Imola Circuit, Mugello Circuit On each Leg will be granted the possibility to verify a maximum of two times of the same day. Except for the above mentioned cancellation, it will not be possible to protest about the classifications of the Legs 1, 2 and 3 after 30 minutes from their posting. The total of the resulting penalties, expressed in points, will be multiplied by the coefficient linked to the manufacturing year of the cars according to the following formula (1 + manufacturing year / 100). Example: - Manufacturing year: 1935 - Car coefficient: (1 + 35 / 100) = 1.35 - Penalties imposed to the crew: 100 - Final points: 100 x 1.35 = 135 The crew with the lowest number of points (penalties expressed in points) will be declared the winner. ART. 11 - AWARDS The following awards of honour will be bestowed to (23): - the first 3 classified in the overall classification Pag. 6

- the first 3 classified in the groups classifications - the first classified in the special classifications The awards of the overall and groups classifications are not cumulative: competitors winning in more than one classification will receive only the award of the most relevant one. ART. 12 GENERAL PROVISIONS By entering the event, each competitor declares on behalf of himself, his/her drivers, co-drivers, employees and staff: to acknowledge and accept the provisions of the National Sporting Code (and its Supplementary Rules) as well as these Standard Supplementary Regulations, committing himself/herself to comply to them and to have others comply to them; to commit himself/herself to solve any controversy emanating from the Organisation or the running of the event using the methods and terms fixed by the CSAI and to renounce the right to approach any judicial authorities other than the sporting authorities for the defence of his/her rights and interests as well as those of his/her drivers, co-drivers, employees and staff; not to hold responsible the Automobile Club of Italy (ACI), the CSAI, the Organisers with all their collaborators, the Automobile Clubs involved in the event, the rally Officials as well as the owners of the roads included in the rally route, for any damage caused to the competitor himself/herself, his/her drivers, co-drivers, employees, staff and belongings, or for any damage caused to third parties or properties by the competitor himself/herself, his/her drivers, co-drivers, employees and staff. ART. 12 Bis PENALTIES a) Time checks - for each minute (or fraction of a minute) early 100 penalty - for each minute (or fraction of a minute) of delay 100 penalty (up to a maximum of 300) - for arriving with a delay past the time limit or failing to execute any one TC 1000 penalty b) Time trials - for each 1/100 of a second below or above the target time 1 penalty (up to a maximum of 300) - for failing to execute any one Time Trial 1000 penalty c) Average Speed Trials - for each second below or above the target time 5 penalty (up to a maximum of 300) - for failing to execute any one Average Speed Trial 1000 penalty d) Secret Passage Checks - for each second below the target time, past the 20% tolerance 10 penalty e) Time schedule - alterations, tampering and corrections without the approval of the R.O. 500 penalty - failure to record a Time Check 1000 penalty - failure to return the Time Schedule 500 penalty - absence of a control stamp 500 penalty f) Other penalties - for refusing to start at the established time and order 100 penalty - for stopping the car in the TT timekeeping zone (stopped car) 100 penalty - for unauthorised access of the crew in the timekeeping zone (exception made for other sanctions) 300 penalty - for an unauthorised stop in a control zone 500 penalty - for blocking the passage and/or damaging the other crews 1000 penalty - for unsportsmanlike conduct from a reprimand to an exclusion - for passing through a check in the opposite or different direction 500 penalty - for an infringement of the Traffic Laws up to exclusion - for any irregularities in the documents presented during the administrative checks or the technical scrutineerings non-admission - for a delay over 15 minutes at the Leg start 1000 penalty - for permitting anyone who is not the Driver to drive the car up to exclusion - for missing a racing number or at least one racing plate 300 penalty - for missing two or all the racing numbers 1000 penalty - for imprudent behaviour of the driver or co-driver up to exclusion - for leaning out of a moving car up to 1000 penalty - per each alleged or unmotivated request to verify the times up to 1000 penalty - for any irregularities in the car up to exclusion ART. 13 - ATTACHMENTS The following attachments form an integral part to these Supplementary Regulations: - Itinerary; - maps of the route; Approved by ACI-CSAI on May 22, 2014 - Prot.
