A weak pulse is present and blood pressure palpable at 100 mm Hg systolic. The monitor shows a regular wide-complex tachycardia at 170/min. What are your next actions? What are your next actions? You determine that the rhythm is a regular narrow-complex tachycardia. A Valsalva maneuver and carotid sinus massage do not terminate the rhythm.
