Advanced GCE Units, FSMQ, Principal Learning Level 3 Units,, 2015 Important Dates 21 February 2015: Deadline for the receipt of final unit and certification entries 21 March 2015: Deadline for the receipt of Principal Learning re-sit entries by OCR following the January 2015 series 15 2015: Deadline for the receipt of GCE coursework marks by OCR, with the exception of GCE Art and Design. Please note the deadline for GCE Applied subjects including GCE Applied Art and Design is 15 2015 15 2015: Deadline for the receipt of examiner marked coursework by the examiner 31 2015: Deadline for the receipt of coursework marks by OCR for GCE Art and Design 12 August 2015: Restricted release of results for the above listed qualifications to centres only 13 August 2015: Release of results for the above listed qualifications to candidates Final version of the timetable Changes made since the publication of the provisional timetable are shown in red. Starting times of examinations The published starting time of all examinations is either 9.00 am or 1.30 pm. Each examination must be taken on the day and at the time shown on the timetable. Centres may change the starting time of an examination within the scheduled morning or afternoon session without notifying OCR but candidates must start morning examinations no earlier than 8.30 am and by 9.30 am and afternoon examinations no earlier than 1.00 pm and by 2.00 pm. Candidates with more than one examination in a session should take these consecutively. A supervised break may be given between examinations taken consecutively, at the discretion of the centre. Centres may decide the order in which to conduct examinations for candidates taking more than one examination in a session. Leaving the examination Candidates must remain under supervision until 10.00 am for morning examinations and until 2.30 pm for afternoon examinations. For examinations of less than one hour s duration, candidates must be supervised until the published finishing time of the examination or 30 minutes after the published starting time, whichever is later. Timetable deviations If you need to arrange overnight supervision, the forms do not need to be returned to OCR but must be completed and held in your centre records. When a change is made to the published starting time of an examination, it is the responsibility of the centre to inform all candidates affected by the alteration.
