Anderson Alkek Expansion Way Engineering has been awarded the Mechanical and Plumbing packages for this $200 Million+ project at the Texas Medical Center. Way s contract includes HVAC, Plumbing, and the Building Automation System. Currently, the combined contract is $29,915,787 The project, which adds 12 stories to the existing 13-story facility, is in excess of 200,000 square feet, and includes new mechanical floors, patient room floors, a pharmacy, and an observation deck. The scheduled completion date is in June of 2010. $12,600,000 UT M. D. Anderson Cancer Center - CABIR (Center for Advanced Biological Imaging Research) Way is the HVAC and Plumbing contractor for CABIR (Center for Advanced Biological Imaging Research), a new facility being constructed on the South Campus of the Texas Medical Center for The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center. The project involves construction of Research Labs for the 315,000 square foot, 6-story research facility, scheduled for completion in late 2009. $2,736,400 University of Texas Medical Branch Building #21 Interior Build-out Way Engineering is the Plumbing Contractor for this $2.7 million plumbing project. The work includes the renovations and interior build out of the Research Labs located in the existing, four (4) story Research Building #21, at The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston.

Page 2 of 12 $5,429,424 University of Texas M. D. Anderson UTRP Utility Plant No. 1 Way Engineering is the HVAC Subcontractor for this new Utility Plant serving the University of Texas M. D. Anderson s new Research Park. Way Engineering is providing (3) chillers, (3) cooling towers, (6) pumps, and (1) emergency generator for this facility. The central plant will have a capacity of 7,500 tons of air conditioning. $3,400,000 Shell Deer Park Administration Building This project involved the construction of a new, 6-story, 172,000 square foot office building in Deer Park, Texas. Way Engineering has the $3,400,000 HVAC and Plumbing contract for this project, that includes the supporting central plant. The central plant contains two (2) 300-ton chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and boilers. $12,950,000 University of Texas M. D. Anderson Basic Research & Education Building Bastrop, TX Way Engineering was the HVAC and Plumbing Contractor for the new 73,000 square-foot Basic Research and Education Building, scheduled for occupancy beginning August 2007. The new building accommodates offices and animal housing, as well as space for research and education. The new Basic Research and Education Building is the largest building on the 381-acre campus, and the central hub for the more than 100 faculty and staff employed there.

Page 3 of 12 $10,000,000 Memorial Hermann Hospital Sugar Land Replacement Hospital Way Engineering performed the HVAC and Plumbing Contract for this 221,000 square foot replacement hospital. Way installed 1,500 tons of cooling and 1,070 plumbing fixtures for this facility. Way Engineering was awarded this Design/Assist project with a GMP Fixed Fee contract. $631,000 Mainland Medical Center Texas City, Texas Way Engineering was Prime Contractor for this retrofit project. This $631,000 HVAC contract included complete, new HVAC controls; replacement of AHU s; and 18 VFD s. $11,329,000 Memorial Hermann Hospital Hermann-Robertson & Jones- Cullen Central Plants This Flood Mitigation Project involved construction of two mechanical central plants to support existing Hospital Operations. Way Engineering s work involved installation of new plumbing & mechanical systems in new and existing buildings in parallel with existing system operations. Detailed sequencing was required to provide minimal disruption to Hospital Operations during switchover from the existing systems to new services. Final completion involved large scale demolition of existing systems after conversions.

Page 4 of 12 $5,322,000 METRO Downtown Transit Center & Administration Office Building As HVAC and Plumbing Contractor for the new METRO Downtown Transit Center & Administration Office Building project, Way Engineering furnished and installed the Central Plant, Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing Systems for this 14 Story, 380,000 square foot office building. The Mechanical Scope included furnishing and installing (3) Chillers, (2) Cooling Towers, (60) Air Handlers and miscellaneous equipment for 1250 tons of cooling and 1298 MBTUH Heating. The Plumbing Scope of work included over 397 Plumbing fixtures. Our work on this project also included pipe, fittings, insulation and sheet metal work. The METRO Downtown Transit Center & Administration Office Building was completed in February of 2005. $2,307,000 Southwest Foundation for Biomedical Research Genomics Computer Center & Phase II MBG Laboratory San Antonio, Texas This project, completed in August of 2003, included a new 7,000 square foot Computer Building with associated Plumbing and HVAC, and construction of a 20,000 square foot Research Laboratory in an existing building. The Laboratory project also included an addition of a 360-ton chiller with cooling tower, associated pumps, and piping in an existing central plant.

Page 5 of 12 $17,500,000 Harris County Central Plant APEX Award Excellence in Construction Way Companies was the Prime Contractor providing all construction services including the erection of the building. The central plant, with a capacity of 7200 tons of air conditioning and 100 million BTU s of heating capacity, serves eight (8) existing Harris County buildings and three future buildings. The central plant is connected to these buildings across nine blocks by utilizing existing County utility tunnels for five miles of new piping. $19,943,000 Toyota Arena Way Engineering Ltd. was selected as the Mechanical Contractor on the new 750,000 square foot Houston Multi- Purpose Arena. As the Mechanical Contractor on this facility, Way Engineering was responsible for providing and installing all of the HVAC piping, air distribution and building management systems for this facility. This facility was completed in September of 2003. HVAC: $1,088,190 Plumbing: $ 368,441 Rice University Humanities Building APEX Award Excellence in Construction Way Engineering Ltd. provided the HVAC and Plumbing installation for this new 3-story Humanities Building. The building utilizes state-ofthe-art equipment such as its DDC controls and Energy Management System. Constructed on the campus of a major university, this project required Way Engineering to maintain construction procedures that would have a low impact to the university site conditions.

Page 6 of 12 $8,400,000 Houston Convention Center Hotel Way Engineering Ltd. was selected as the Plumbing Contractor for the New Convention Center Hotel in downtown Houston. Featuring a swimming pool on the top floor, this 24-story hotel is slated to house the Super Bowl press in 2004. Way Engineering installed the domestic cold water system utilizing the pro press system of fittings. This was the first project of this magnitude in Houston to use this system, which utilizes a compression type copper fitting in lieu of solder joints. $25,100,000 Memorial Hermann Hospital The New Pavilion APEX Award Excellence in Construction Before work on this project began, Way Engineering was requested to provide input on several what-if scenarios allowing the design team the opportunity to select the facility that best fit the needs of the owner. This new facility blends 800,000 square feet of state-of-the-art technology and modern amenities. Our scope to complete this project included a 3,000 ton HVAC distribution system, steam system, medical gas network, RO/DI systems, acid waste system, domestic water, waste water and water softening systems.

Page 7 of 12 $6,977,000 Trinity Medical Center Carrollton, Texas Two phases were necessary to complete the additions and alterations to Trinity Medical Center in Carrollton, Texas. Phase One involved revisions at the enlarged Central Plant, with the addition of two 650 ton chillers, cooling towers, pumps, heat exchangers and other associated equipment to serve an enlarged ER and a new five story, 135,000 sq ft tower, with chilled water and heating hot water. Ten large Roof Top Air Handling Units, including two custom units with capacities of 130,000 cfm, supply the more than 430 air terminals and the air side requirements of this project. In addition to the standard plumbing systems, and over 600 plumbing fixtures, extensive medical gas additions and alterations were included in the scope of this two year project. The Way team was mobilized on site, with a staff including full time project management, field supervision, and CAD detailing to provide the project with the necessary level of support to insure successful completion with a high degree of customer satisfaction. Phase I: $4,359,000 Phase II: $2,856,000 Phase III: $8,153,954 University of Texas IAQ MSB Stage 3b Lab Upgrade Phases I, II, & III Way Engineering Ltd. was the Prime Contractor for the Renovation and Indoor Air Quality of 230 labs at 6431 Fannin, at a current total value of construction of $15,368,954. Renovation included the coordination of the move out of each researcher for a 30 day period; at that time all the above-ceiling utilities are removed and replaced to include duct work and controls with a new Variable Air Phoenix Lab air control system, and new installation of Building Sprinkler system to bring the building up to current life safety specifications. Phase I and II were completed in October of 2002. Phase III was completed in October of 2004.

Page 8 of 12 $12,188,000 George Bush IAH Continental Airlines Terminal E Infrastructure Build-Out As HVAC and Plumbing Contractor for the new Continental Airlines Terminal "E" project, Way Engineering furnished and installed the Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing Systems for the Infrastructure Build-Out of the new 3-level, 580,000 square foot facility. The Mechanical Scope included furnishing and installing (99) Air Handlers and miscellaneous equipment for 3,500 tons of cooling and 20,000 MBTUH Heating. The Plumbing scope of work included over 700 Plumbing fixtures. Our work on this project also includes pipe, fittings, insulation and sheet metal work. The Terminal E project was completed in November, 2003. $3,500,000 United Space Alliance As Prime Contractor to United Space Alliance, the Way Engineering Design/Build Team developed and installed a 1400-ton direct expansion retrofit with a new air-cooled, chilled water Central Plant, as well as a one (1) million gallon thermal energy storage system, complete with a state-of-theart Andover DDC Control System. $19,000,000 Methodist Hospital Dunn Patient Tower Way Engineering Ltd. performed the Mechanical and Plumbing contract on this 605,000 square foot expansion of the exisiting Methodist Hospital. The project involved the construction of a new, 10-story patient wing, and was completed in 1990.

Page 9 of 12 $3,093,122 Methodist Hospital Central Plant Upgrade Phase I As Mechanical Contractor on this Central Plant upgrade, Way Engineering was contracted to provide and install three (3) 2000-ton New York centrifugal chillers, six (6) B&G pumps, and a 45-ton roof top chilled water AHU, in addition to ASHRAE Standard 15 refrigerant detection and emergency ventilation system and refrigerant pump out unit. Our work on this project included all associated labor, materials, demolition and disposal of piping systems, hoisting, core drilling, insulation, sheetmetal work, and commissioning. $6,800,000 Reliant Park Central Heating & Cooling Facility Way Engineering performed the $6.8 million HVAC Piping contract for this 20,000 ton central plant. Completed in September, 2001, this new Central Plant houses ten (10) 1,900 ton centrifugal chillers, one (1) 38,000 gpm cooling tower with five cells, three (3) 1,200 hp hot water boilers, one (1) 300 hp hot water boiler, primary/secondary variable pumping systems and 3.5 miles of underground piping. $11,900,000 Way Engineering had significant Design Input on many of the constructability issues. Entergy Solutions Energy Plant APEX Award Excellence in Construction Way Engineering provided Design/Assist, Methods of constructability, Fabrication, and Installation services for Entergy Solutions' district cooling facility located in downtown Houston, Texas. This facility, built with the initial capacity of 16,000 tons and 44,000 ton hours of external melt ice coils, provides cooling to the new mechanical system installed by Way Engineering at the Astro's new ballpark, as well as multiple buildings in the downtown district. As more customers are added to the system, the plant has been arranged to allow expansion of chillers, towers and ice coils to expand to 22,000 tons and 88,000 ton hours.

Page 10 of 12 $32,000,000 Way Engineering was awarded this Design/Assist project based on 50% Design Documents. Minute Maid Park Way Engineering was awarded this GMP job based on 50% Design Drawings. We were responsible for HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Security Control. We began installation of above ground mechanical and plumbing systems for this facility in November of 1998. Containing approximately 7,600 tons of HVAC and 2,000 fixtures, the facility was completed on time and within budget. Seventeen months after construction began, on March 30, 2000, the first exhibition game was played in this magnificent new retractable roof National League Baseball Stadium. All mechanical and plumbing systems were operational and functioning properly for this event. All concessions were ready and open for business. $750,000 Baylor College of Medicine Cellular Biology Phase I Way Engineering Ltd. was the Prime Contractor on the Design/Build of Cellular Biology. The project consisted of labs accommodating the latest technology in electron microscopes, wet labs, hoods, as well as Administrative offices. Way s scope on this $750,000 project involved Engineering, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, controls, painting, carpet, and flooring. We have proven our ability to work with multiple subcontractors as well as coordinate with multiple groups within Baylor, and have been very successful in this regard. This is Phase I of five phases, which will complete renovation of the total building consisting of approximately 40,000 square feet.

Page 11 of 12 $22,900,000 Enron Building II This 42-story building was the first high rise building to be built in downtown Houston since 1982. This state-ofthe-art Enron Building contains 1,250,000 square feet, 2,800 tons of HVAC and was completed in January, 2002. $2,800,000 Way Engineering was awarded this project based on 50% Design Drawings. Union Station @ The Ballpark The 1911 vintage Union Station was restored to serve as the main entrance to Minute Maid Park. This facility provided unique challenges to Way s construction team during the renovations while maintaining the building s architectural features and historical integrity. $9,100,000 Federal Detention Center APEX Award Excellence in Construction Way Engineering performed the HVAC and Plumbing contract on this 11 story, 500+ bed facility. Completed with no lost time injuries, on time, and within budget, this Downtown Houston facility was turned over to the Federal Bureau of Prisons prior to their scheduled date, with no claims filed on the project. The project was constructed within a partnering agreement signed by the Owners, project management team, and all major subcontractors. Storage and laydown area was at a premium, and no trailers were allowed on site. The scheduling of material and equipment was a high priority item as equipment had to be set in place at time of arrival with no storage space available. Even though many different systems were involved in the facility and many areas were not put into use for several months after completion of construction, very few warranty calls were required during the year s warranty period.

Page 12 of 12 $50,600,000 M. D. Anderson Bertner Complex APEX Award Excellence in Construction Way Engineering Ltd. was the Mechanical and Plumbing Contractor on this $114,500,000 project. The three (3) buildings that comprise this hospital addition include a Research Center, Patient Care Facility, and Clinical Services Building. The square footage of the completed project was 1,200,000 square feet. $7,635,300 Humble Oil Building Marriott Way Engineering Ltd. was selected as Mechanical & Plumbing Contractor for the renovation of the old Humble Oil Building, located in Downtown Houston. This 17-Story building, originally constructed in 1928, consists of a 191 room Marriott- Courtyard, 171 room Marriott-Residence Inn, and an 82-Unit Apartment Building. Completion was May of 2002. $1,250,000 SBC Center Spurs Arena San Antonio, Texas Way Engineering Ltd. was contracted to perform the HVAC and Plumbing for the Underground Utilities on the new 18,500 seat arena for the San Antonio Spurs. Way Engineering Ltd. supplied and installed the underground mechanical utilities inside the building, including over 10,000 feet of sanitary and grease waste collection systems and over 750 feet of 48" reinforced concrete pipe for return air duct systems. Some of this piping was installed 15 feet below grade. Way also installed over 4,000 feet of perimeter foundation drain piping.
