Erice April, 27 th / 29 th 2015 E lderl y Cancer patients growing up to em ergency in the last ten-fifteen yrs. in ital y statistics say that incidence of all cancers is over 300,000 new cases per year and between these, plus than 65% affects elderl y people without no difference in m ales or fem ales (about 160-170,000 pts ). Thus is needed to configure a different wa y in the m anagem ent of this kind of patients quite different from the adults cases, but above all, new institutional and/or professional people particularly devoted to cure&care elderly people with cancer.
