People with Disabilities Adult Day Program Fund This fund provides a variety of services to help people with disabilities become productive members of the community and workforce. Nora & Guy Barron Family Fund For Independent Living This fund supports a variety of training activities to help individuals with developmental disabilities maximize their independence in the community. Sara & Harry Berlin Scholarship/Activities Program For Seniors Before they passed away, Sara and Harry Berlin thoughtfully established this fund to support scholarships for the JVS Activities Program, a recreational retirement program for senior adults with developmental disabilities. Client Emergency Discretionary Fund Donations to this fund help JVS consumers secure state ID cards, transportation, adaptive equipment and clothing as well as participate in recreational, social and community activities. Nancy & Stephen Grand Gardening Fund This fund supports a therapeutic gardening program for adults with developmental disabilities and individuals with Alzheimer s disease and other forms of dementia. Kay Family Fund Donations to this fund are allocated to meet the community s most pressing needs. Aileen & Harvey Kleiman Fund for the Supported Employment Program This fund helps individuals with severe disabilities obtain and maintain community-based employment.

Miguel A. Menendez Endowment Fund This endowment supports the JVS Adult Day Program and other related services for adults with disabilities. Henry & Mary Piotrowski Fund Donations to this fund are allocated to support the JVS Adult Day Care and Work Activity program for senior adults. Program Activity Fund Donations to this fund are used to sponsor special events and to purchase adaptive equipment, work-related clothing, bus tickets and other items that promote the selfsufficiency of individuals with developmental, emotional and physical disabilities. R. Michael Reaume Community Integration Fund Family, friends and co-workers established this fund in memory of longtime JVS staff member Mike Reaume to enable people with disabilities to participate in community activities. Tri-County Dental Health Fund Donations to this fund provide dental care, referrals to dental providers and emergency assistance to low-income, uninsured individuals, Medicaid recipients and people with disabilities. Individuals with Educational and Economic Disadvantages Client Emergency Discretionary Fund Donations to this fund help JVS consumers secure state ID cards, transportation, adaptive equipment and clothing as well as participate in recreational, social and community activities. Fieldman & Sims Family Fund for Transportation Contributions to this fund provide transportation for job seekers to and from employment-related services as well as during their initial employment period until they can be more self-sufficient. Tri-County Dental Health Fund Donations to this fund provide dental care, referrals to dental providers and emergency assistance to low-income, uninsured individuals, Medicaid recipients and people with disabilities. Job Seekers Marvin Shwedel Client Emergency Fund This fund helps people served by JVS obtain necessary items to maintain their independence or jobs when no other resources are available, such as state identification cards or proper work attire, tools and other necessary items.

Fieldman & Sims Family Fund for Transportation Contributions to this fund provide transportation for job seekers to and from employment-related services as well as during their initial employment period until they can be more self-sufficient. Power of Work This fund supports the immediate needs of unemployed workers by funding the expansion of job search assistance, seminars and staff. Elaine & Robert Tell Fund for Adult Career Transition Services This fund provides assessment, counseling and other targeted services to promote the self-sufficiency and career fulfillment goals of older adults in transition. Seniors Client Emergency Discretionary Fund Donations to this fund help JVS consumers secure state ID cards, transportation, adaptive equipment and clothing as well as participate in recreational, social and community activities. Hadas & Dennis S. Bernard Family Fund for the Senior Service Corps Donations to this fund help older adults find meaning in the later years of their lives through volunteer work. It also funds supportive services to help them live independently. Sonia Blechman Music & Art Therapy Fund This fund enables people with memory loss to enjoy music and art activities provided by skilled professionals. Dorothy & Peter Brown Endowment Fund This fund supports program and activities that help keep people with memory disorders active, aware and alert. Dorothy & Peter Brown Jewish Community Adult Day Care Program - Program Enhancement Fund Contributions to this fund are utilized to enhance activities and support special events for individuals with Alzheimer s disease and other forms of dementia. Mindy & Scott Eisenberg Endowment Fund For Senior Adult Services Contributions to this endowment help the at-risk elderly age in-place and remain in familiar surroundings. Sidney & Rhoda Katzman Family Fund This fund helps people in the Jewish Community who have dementia and cannot afford the full fee of adult day care.

Gail & Donald M. Lansky Fund Gifts to this fund provide support to ensure adult day care for the at-risk elderly, enabling them to age in-place with dignity and pride. Memory Club Fund This fund helps individuals with memory concerns by providing mental and physical exercises to stimulate the brain and enhance memory. Sylvia & Harold Perlman Transportation Fund This fund provides financial assistance for transportation to the Dorothy & Peter Brown Jewish Community Adult Day Care Program, community activities and/or special events. Senior Service Corps Transportation Fund Gifts made to this fund help offset the cost of transportation for Corps members traveling to volunteer work sites. It also enables volunteers to attend special events throughout the year. Bruce H. Simpson Art and Music Fund This fund helps JVS maintain programs that provide effective, enriching and empowering art and musical programming for people with Alzheimer s disease and other forms of dementia as well as their family caregivers. Tri-County Dental Health Fund Donations to this fund provide dental care, referrals to dental providers and emergency assistance to low-income, uninsured individuals, Medicaid recipients and people with disabilities. Leonard Weiner Music Therapy Fund Contributions to this fund provide enriching and enjoyable musical activities led by a music therapist to enhance the lives of adults with memory disorders. Women Barbara Berent-Rubinstein Women to Work Program Fund This fund assist participants of the JVS Women to Work Program to provide supportive services, resources and scholarships as well as other job support for women served by JVS. Helen & Sy Indianer Women to Work Endowment Fund Gifts made to this fund support career development services for women seeking employment. Ann F. & Norman D. Katz Women to Work Fund Donations made to this fund provide employment and counseling services to women who need to find immediate employment after being out of the labor force for an extended period of time.

Women to Work Fund This fund supports women who need to enter or re-enter the workforce after lifechanging events such as spousal divorce death, disability or unemployment. Youth Jeanette & Oscar Cook Jewish Occupational Intern (Join) Fund This fund allows college students to gain career experience while learning more about the Jewish community. The internship program also builds a strong foundation of future community leaders. Helene & Arthur Indianer Vocational Development Fund For Young Adults Contributions to this fund provide assessment, counseling, training and other targeted services to promote the self-sufficiency of at-risk young adults. Jewish Educational Loan Service (JELS) JELS is a source of interest-free loans to metro Detroit Jewish students who attend undergraduate, technical or graduate schools full time. Austin Kanter Endowment Fund This fund provides assessment, counseling, training and other targeted services to promote the self-sufficiency of young adults at-risk. Staff Development and Appreciation Barbara Merrida Ray Memorial Fund The children of Barbara Merrida Ray, a long-time employee of JVS, established this memorial fund. It supports team building and professional staff development. Staff Appreciation Fund Individuals can make a donation to this fund to express their appreciation for the ongoing efforts and dedication of the JVS staff. Proceeds are used for staff recognition and appreciation events throughout the year. Staff Development Endowment Fund Gifts to this fund support special national and international programs that promote professional development for JVS staff. Training David B. Hermelin Ort Resource Center Fund Contributions to this fund provide computer training to individuals who are unemployed or underemployed and need to update their technological skills.

Edgar Hyman Scholarship Fund This fund provides scholarships for individuals in need of technical and/or trade training. JVS Buildings and Grounds Fieldman & Sims Family Fund for Technology Gifts to this fund assist with the purchase of software, computer equipment and other technologies to help the agency remain technologically advanced. Rose & Sidney Diem Endowment Fund for JVS Contributions to this fund are directed to maintain the JVS facilities and fund capital needs. Lillian & Joseph Schwartz Therapeutic Garden Fund Gifts to this dedication fund enhance the spring planting and assist in the ongoing maintenance of the JVS garden.
