Platform Development (11) Øresund University and later ØSR initiates and facilitates running meetings and providing manpower Task force with representatives from university, business and public authority analysis, report, recommendation Universities, regional authorities and business organizations decide what to do and secure financing Platform project is initiated if triple helix partners agree to do so
