Critical System Components Made In-House Power Dividers (Splitters) and Combiners, Resistive DC to 6 GHz in a single unit, 2 port to 32 port devices. Power Dividers (Splitters) and Combiners, Lumped Constant / C Band Power Combiners Switching Products Broadband units that operate from 20 MHz to 3000 MHz, available in 2 way, 4 way, 8 way and 16 way. Offering includes complete line of C-Band (up to 7 GHz) Power Dividers and Combiners for Down /Uplink facilities and Matrix Switch applications. All product is offered in connectorized as well as Surface Mountable versions. Several types of switch products covering the 0.1 MHz to 2.5 GHz. Our designs incorporate P.I.N. diodes, Electro Mechanical, and GaAs devices. The designs include 1 x 2 through 1 x 16, and transfer switching. Directional Couplers Signal Control and Conversion From three port, four port, and dual Directional Couplers with typical coupling tolerances of <0.5dB, directivity >20dB, with VSWR <1.2:1. Standard coupling values are 6, 10, 14, 15, 16, 20, and 30dB. The couplers are available in several connectorized packages as well as surface mountable, and operate from 0.1 MHz to 3 GHz. 16X16 Switching Matrix - 20 MHz - 3000 MHz CPT-076-1221 The Switching Matrix The CPT-076-1221 was developed specifically for extended broadband frequencies, broadband frequency of 20 MHz up to 3000 MHz. The 16X16 matrix is able to cover all critical bands such as VHF, UHF, Extended VHF / UHF and L-Band for many applications. The CPT-076-1221 lies in the heart of all 5000 Series RF Matrices by providing improved and unparallel ultra low insertion loss, making it ideal for usage as itself of a part of communication switching suite. The CPT-076-1221 is a Non-Blocking Full Fan-Out Switching Matrix designed and manufactured as a single functional block. The system connects any input to any one or multiple outputs simultaneously, starting with a switching matrix of 16X16 in a low 1RU profile. The 16x16 module can also be stacked to realize a 16x32, 32x16 or 32x32 matrix. The 16x32 and 32x16 would fit into a 2U chassis and the 32x23 would fit into a 3U chassis. This concept provides the advantage of a very compact and cost efficient design with excellent modularity and mean time to repair. Technical Features The enhanced isolation of this matrix, brings many benefits to critical applications. The matrix can be used byitself or be a part of a larger system. The matrix provides >65dB of isolation across the entire bandwidth and better than 70dB below 1.5GHz. As an example, in Satcom applications, that receive very low power signals from remote space craft, high isolation is required between channels. CPT could provide this with and without amplifiers and optimize the final configuration for the required bandwidth of interest. VHF / UHF RF Matrix - 20 MHz - 3000 MHz MS-5000-8X16-VHF-UHF-FO MS-5000-16X16-VHF-UHF-FO 5000 Series Matrix The 5000 UHF / VHF Model of Solid State RF Switching System is a Non-Blocking Full Fan-Out Switching Matrix. Housed in a low 1 RU profile, the system connects any input to any one or multiple outputs simultaneously. The broadband operation covers the entire 20MHz to 3GHz frequency range using a low profile architecture that provides a 16x16 in a 1RU chassis and a 32x32 matrix in a 3RU chassis. The system incorporates a 16x16 building block that delivers market-leading RF performance and best in class isolation. Typical worse case isolation/crosstalk is >70dB up to 1GHz and >65dB at 3GHz. Using a modular, multi-chassis approach, 16x256 or 256x16 switch sizes can be configured. Both fan-out and fan-in systems are standard. Shown MS-500-16X16-VHF-UHF-FO System includes (as an option) dual redundant AC Power Supply along with Hot Swapable Amplifiers and RF Switch Modules.
