Attending the UCF EMBA program allowed me to interact with peer professionals with rich experience across a broad spectrum of businesses and local government agencies. This interaction along with top notch instruction from business-experienced educators provided a well-rounded business education. Jim Lockemacher, EMBA 2011 Vice President, General Manager Sparton Corporation Cohort Experience Your Team Beyond Graduation The distinct advantage of the UCF EMBA is its cohort format with limited class size. UCF EMBA participants take all classes with their cohort, from start to finish, creating a supportive network of friends and colleagues who depend on each other. The one-on-one interaction with fellow professionals will undoubtedly lead to business connections within your business and area of expertise. The mixed backgrounds of the cohort create a network that is rare and truly invaluable. Friendships created through the program often last for a lifetime.
