4 Focus with on what matters to you Optional Focus on Business Analytics The PMBA-NYC Advantage through Binghamton University is a flexible program which provides students with two options. Students may choose to pursue a broad-based MBA or an optional focus in Business Analytics. Business Analytics is a process of transforming data into actions through analysis and insights in the context of problem solving and decision making. Business Analytics uses data, mathematical and computer-based models, information technology, statistical analysis, and quantitative methods to help managers gain improved insight about their business operations and make better, fact-based decisions.

6 I thought the PMBA program was a rewarding, enriching and ultimately unforgettable experience. At the inception of the program, I had about 4 years of work experience and felt that an MBA was needed to take my career to the next level. In relatively short order, our cohort went from being a group of classmates to a community of friends. A community that included our professors and program director. During the program, I was intellectually challenged by my professors and classmates and found myself incorporating key learnings from class into deliverables at my job.
