1. Welcome Welcome to the 2th. edition of Rally Denmark. The rally will take place 30 31 October in the regions of Silkeborg and Favrskov. The start and finish of the rally will be located next to the Rally Headquarters, Parc Fermé and the Service Park will be located in Ans by. The event will have a start grid show in Ans by before the start of the rally. The total length of the special stage length is 170 km. About 85 percent of the special stages kilometers are new compared to last year. After the Grid show the rally will start with a 18 km special stage there shall be run 2 times from both sides. Saturday morning starts with a exciting special stage in the area between the city s Silkeborg and Hammel, both stages are respectively 12 and 9 km. After the dinner break, the participants will be sent out on a new special stage in Danish Rally sport, the route goes through the city Vellev. There will be a rally party in Vellev when the stages run. The route will also goes to the two well-known special stages Demstrup and Borre. For this year's event, we also have the honour to welcome West Euro Rally Cup, as in 2014 Rally Denmark have been selected to hold the finals of the Cup. We would also like to welcome the NEZ junior cup where Rally Denmark also has been selected as the final round. Rally Denmark Organising Team 4

The notification must be signed prior to the start. Any entrys is only valid against at the same time deposit of the total registration fee. 5. Reconnaissance 5.1 Reconnaissance Schedule All rules need to be downloaded from www.rallydenmark.dk 5.2 Procedure for Registration A reconnaissance pack will be issued with the road book. This will include: a registration card which must be completed and handed to the official at the first stage of reconnaissance. a record card, which will be marked by an official recording every run on each special stage (this card must be carried in the car for the duration of the reconnaissance) 2 reconnaissance number plates which must be fixed to the top left of the front and rear windscreen. If a crew taking part in reconnaissance wishes to change the car or vary the occupants they should telephone the Rally Office on Tel: +45 29 33 50 00 Failure to follow this procedure will result in refusal to participate in the reconnaissance. There is no other registration required for reconnaissance. The Reconnaissance Car Registration Form is available on www.rallydenmark.dk 6. 7. Service park 7.1 Location Service park are placer a the AIKC center in Ans by. GPS: N56` 18,4036 E9 35,1670 Service park will be open from kl.14.00 Friday d.30 October and from kl. 06.00 Saturday d.31 October. The Service Park has a mixed hard surface. 7.2 Service Park rules It is the participant's responsibility to inform the organizing team, how much space you need. As a starting point, each participant 6 x 6 meters. It is only allowed to have rally car + service vehicle standing in the service area. All other cars should be referred to the P region about 200 m from the service area. Rules in the service area: there is a speed limit on the service Park at 20 km/h. Refuelling: Refueling of a rally car is only allowed inside on the service square, and participants must ensure that there is used a substrate as specified in the supplementary regulations. When it is necessary, as a part of the service to change a fuel pump or tank is emptying and refilling is permitted provided that: 1. the work is carried out under the supervision of the officials. 2. no other work is done on the car during the emptying and/or refilling. 3. an appropriate security zone set up around the car. 4. Two fire security guards or the team's personnel is present with fire extinguishers suitable for use on flammable liquids. Maps over service area see Appendix 2. 10
7.3 Overnight Parc Fermé Night Parc Fermé is are place on Bodalen in Ans. ( See information in supplementary regulations) Around the area are close by the fence Parc fermé opens at. 07,30 Saturday. Where participants have to pick up the car and drive it to the service area. Participants must be ready to start a leg 2 after a new Publication of Start List. Start list can be finding at the AIKC Center or on www.rallydenmark.dk 8. To-Way Radio Not in use. 9. Fuel 9.1 Fuel description In all disciplines within the rally sport in Denmark, it is as a fuel only allowed to use gasoline or diesel. It is only permissible to use fuel with up to 15% ethanol content. According to Danish specifications of 252.9.1, 252.9.2, respectively, must be adhered to. However, foreign participants, to use other types of fuel, according to Chapter 12 in the Danish specifications 10. Import of Vehicles and Spare Parts Competitors coming from the European Union do not need to make any special customs clearance. All vehicles need to have valid traffic insurance. Tyres and spare parts can also be imported without clearance. Competitors coming from outside the European Union will have to report to customs on their arrival in Denmark. Please prepare a list of all the tools and equipment you are bringing with you. 11. Helicopter Not in use. 11
12. Scrutineering, Sealing and Marking Scrutineering, sealing and marking will be locate a AIKC center in Ans by. A time table will be send out in bulletin 1. Bulletin 1 is available on www.rallydenmark.dk All transmissions, turbos and spares will be marked and sealed for all competitors. Competitors must make the necessary preparations before attending scrutineering. The On-board Camera Registration Form is available on www.rallydenmark.dk 12.1 Driver's Safety Equipment At scrutineering competitors must produce all items of protective clothing, underwear, including helmets and a FIA approved head restraint (FHR, formerly called HANS) intended to be used. The competitor will be responsible for the technical conformity of his car and for the intact preservation of all affixed identification marks throughout the rally. It is also the responsibility of the competitor to see to it that any part of the car, which has been handled during checking, is reinstalled correctly and that all tools used for scrutineering have been removed from the car. 12.2 Noise level A noise test will be carried out at scrutineering. The noise limit will be 103dB(A) at 4,500 rpm measured at 0.5m from the end of the exhaust pipe at an angle of 45. A time table will be send out in bulletin 1.
