EuroPsy The Master programme is based on the EuroPsy model as the European qualification standard for work and organizational psychologists. This enables graduates of the programme to apply for professional recognition through the EuroPsy certificate in work and organizational psychology, in accordance with the guidelines of the European Federation of Psychologists Association (EFPA). The benefits that EuroPsy can offer to various participants: 1. Work opportunities: Clients may eventually choose a EuroPsy holder over someone holding a national diploma only, especially where the national diploma has been obtained without supervised practice 2. Mobility: Automatic recognition of professional qualifications in other countries 3. Transparency for clients: Clients across Europe will get a better view of psychologists qualifications 4. Quality: EuroPsy will be a guarantee of quality for professionals 5. Status: Prestige of universities associated with EuroPsy After graduation Work and organizational psychology is the scientific field of employees, workplaces, and organizations. Work and organizational psychologists contribute to an organization's success by improving the performance and well-being of its people. Work and organizational psychologists apply psychology to the workplace by using psychological principles and research methods to solve problems, to increase workplace productivity, and to improve the quality of work life. The programme prepares graduates for professional careers in both public and private sector organizations (personnel management, occupational psychology services, management consultancies, education and training, research). Future practitioners receive excellent international training with a science-based orientation. Postgraduates develop their professional activity in two main contexts: a) companies, working as practitioners; and b) academic context, as postgraduates are entitled to access the PhD programmes.
