TECHNICAL DATA SHEET DESCRIPTION NOVATOP ACOUSTIC are prefabricated acoustic panels of three-layer solid panels intended for acoustic cladding. The profiles are drilled or milled into the three-layer panel AGROP FREE (SWP/2 NS L3, glued without formaldehyde) with a thickness of 19 or 27 mm, certified Natureplus. The proportion of the perforated area and the shape of the profile vary with different types of panels. The composition of the panel on the perforated SWP panel is made according to the profile type of the reinforcing prisms and/or acoustic insulation (fibreboard insulation, unwoven fabrics, or cassettes of mineral wool). When installed, the panels are attached to a lattice grid or a metal suspender. Thus, an air gap, which has a significant impact on the improvement of acoustic properties, is created. NOVATOP ACOUSTIC can be manufactured in large formats and can be attached to the structural ceiling panel NOVATOP ELEMENTS or NOVATOP OPEN in the production process. NOVATOP SYSTEM QUALITY SPECIFICATIONS SPRUCE: VISIBLE LIVING SPACE QUALITY Structural element for fi nal solution of interiors. The surface strips are made of higher quality timber. The surface is ground with repaired knots of various sizes, closed, puttied and without colours. The pith is allowed at minimum extent. Minor abrasions and bruises into the depth of 1 mm and area of 10 mm2 are acceptable. When packed, the panels are interposed with cardboard sheets. 13
NOVATOP SYSTEM QUALITY SPECIFICATIONS SILVER FIR: VISIBLE LIVING SPACE QUALITY Three-layer panels (SWP) of silver fir for the production of acoustic panels NOVATOP ACOUSTIC and cladding of wall panels NOVATOP SOLID as well as ceiling panels NOVATOP ELEMENTS. Fir panels are characterized by a delicate balanced structure without knots. Surface lamellas without natural wood defects (not containing resin, resin ducts, resin pockets) are connected with an inlay finger joint.
