What is the Executive Leadership Program? To lead effectively, today s executives must continuously develop themselves and cultivate their relational skills. Without both self-awareness and interpersonal excellence, they cannot expect to inspire employees to give their best effort in rapidly changing work environments. At the organizational level, leaders must possess the skills and wherewithal to envision, plan, and implement frequent and often sweeping changes. They do all of this under intense scrutiny from peers, subordinates and other stakeholders. They must accomplish more with fewer resources. They are challenged with harnessing the rigor, enthusiasm and creativity of their employees. They must ensure that short-term objectives serve long-term goals. The challenge is clear: lead courageously. Take inspired and decisive action or lose the confidence of your employees and the marketplace. MSEC s Executive Leadership Program is a transformational experience that will deepen awareness and catalyze the development of crucial skills for executives and senior managers who demonstrate high leadership potential. The eight-month learning laboratory provides insights and breakthrough opportunities that have an immediate and significant impact on a leader s contributions to the organization. Our integrated approach challenges leaders to explore deeply their own perceptions of leadership. Program faculty support participants as they work to integrate time-honored and cutting-edge leadership practices into their own leadership styles. The leadership development opportunity MSEC offers reflects our 60+ years of professional service to you, our members.
