A 24/7 call-out service is available for with cause testing situations. All collections are scheduled by a dedicated BioClinics coordination team. Programme Management As standard, you will be assigned a Programme Management Team. This will lead by two individuals (a primary and secondary programme manager), both of whom will be senior members of our Clinical Advisor Team. The programme managers will be responsible for the execution and review of your testing program, supplying your organisation with named points of contact and a flawless service.
