Guide To: Using IADT s Print and Reprographics Service IADT have over 35 networked printers across the campus, which are actually multifunction printers (MFP). They allow a user to print, photocopy or scan to email a document. The below document is a guide to using the four most common printer types across the campus the HP9500, HP6500, HP9050 and Xerox 7665. The user guide is the same for all three HP types; please note however that the HP9050 is B/W only. IADT offers a follow me print system which basically means one can click print from any PC across the campus and collect ones document at any of the printers that is compatible with the printer driver selected. However please note that queued prints are deleted 24hrs after they were initially sent if they have not been collected.
