Professor Mykolas Romeris was a prominent lawyer of the inter-war period. He is a founder of the Lithuanian Constitutional Law.

Mykolas Romeris University is the second largest university in Lithuania and currently enrolls over 21,000 students in more than 70 study programmes leading to Bachelor, Master or Doctoral Degree. The University focuses on social sciences studies and research are carried out in the fields of Economics, Computer Science, Law, Public Management and Administration, Political Science, Psychology, and Social Work.
