Today, the travel agent becomes fully aware that the traditional booking process is time and effort consuming. An agent often has several requests from clients for air, hotel, and car etc., with multiple quotations required. The agent has to toggle into many workspaces to cater to these different requests. This year, we conducted a Products & Solutions workshop, where our customers who attended such event became fully confident that Amadeus is the best partner to help them overcome all the hassles in their business. Many presentations and demos on different products and solutions were done by experienced colleagues from our regional office in Dubai, and others from Amadeus Jordan. In this newsletter, you will have in-depth information on the key products & solutions presented in such workshop. Let s shape the future of travel Products & Services Workshop 2015 Because we are committed to our customers success, we have conducted an impressive workshop which was a journey that took the audience into a variety of Amadeus latest trends and newest online & offline products and solutions. With the presence of Mr. Bruno des Fontaines (Director, Operations & Marketing), Mr. Alfonso Sasseli (Commercial Manager), Mrs. Marian Girguis (Business Solutions Manager) & Mr. Shibu George (Business Solutions Manager) from our regional office in Dubai, we have shown our latest online / offline Products & Solutions during this fascinating workshop which took the place on the 27th of May, 2015 in the InterContinental Hotel - Amman. The Workshop has set up the lights on Amadeus e-commerce and Mobile solutions, as well as a number of a very useful front / mid-office products such as Amadeus Integrated mid-office (AIMO), Remote Ticketing Solutions (RTS), Amadeus Ticket Changer (ATC), Electronic Miscellaneous Document (EMD), Amadeus Agency Insights, Customer Profile, UETTR & PrintMyTrip.

Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2015 The 23 rd edition of the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) ran from 4 7 May at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre. For the 11 th year in a row, we have showcased our presence in the Arabian Travel Market 2015. Our stand s visitors have gained a first-hand experience of the upgraded Selling Platform Connect (SELCO), and as a part of our participation at ATM 2015, we have also hosted a press conference on Day 2 of the event to launch our research study: Middle East Online Travel Review. Furthermore, Amadeus hosted four seminars titled Hala Amadeus, Travel Wizard, Trends in Online Travel and Fraud/Payments, Hotel and Business Intelligence held from 4 to 6 May.
