How does it work Budgeting Budget decided on headcount at start of year basis ops plan Horizontal /function wise points will be provided by administrator at the beginning of the year Allocating Horizontal / Functional leaders allocated points by administrator They further allocate within Horizontal / Function Rewarding Points rewarded to performers by the managers Redeeming Participants redeems the earned points from the online rewards catalogue

Budget allocation process

How to allocate budget? Displays the budget available with the user which can be used for either Allocation or Rewarding First time this table will be blank. Future visits would show participants who have been previously allocated. Step 1: Select the Budget Master Step 2: Use the search to add additional participants to the list if the participant name is not appearing in the below table Step 3: Enter the amount under Adjustment Amount field and click Continue.

How to allocate budget? This screen summarizes the entire transaction. Click Transfer Budgets and you are done with allocating budget

Steps to award a participant Click Reward People tab on the Home Page to see the list of recognitions and choose any of them to begin issuing recognition

How to Award a participant? - Page 1 A B C A - Select e-card/certificate B - Search the employee you want to award by any of the search parameters. You can add multiple recipients at a time C Add Citation D - Select one or multiple values from the available list E - Add more participants to the list of recipients by searching & adding and click Continue D E

How to Award a participant? - Page 2 Each reward level mentions the award range that a participant can issue Enter the points value and click Continue

How to Award a participant? - Page 3 This page allows the user to preview the recognition before final submission Click Send to finally send the communication to the recipients

How to Award a participant? - Auto email Recipient will receive an auto-email informing about the award level won

View Recognition history This page shows the history of Recognitions been sent or received by a participant Select the Date range & Award name in the Show Activity Window and click Show Activity

View & Redeem your points

My Account Page Participant can view the line item breakup of points earned & redeemed on this page

Redeem Now - 3 Easy steps to redeem your points Click on Redeem Now to see the rewards catalog Select the Category from the left panel and click the item to start redeeming your points

Redeem Now Provide the delivery address Provide the address for delivery and click Submit If the address mentioned by you is the official address, then courier will dispatch the reward upto the office mail room. If the address mentioned is the residential address, please ensure that there is someone to collect the reward.

Redeem Now Redemption confirmation email The Participant will receive an auto-email post the redemption The same transaction can also be viewed under My Account

My Profile Page Displays the profile specific information to the user This is a read only page. Users don t have rights to change any value.

Preferences Set the language preference to Chinese & Japanese if you wish the website content to be translated

Delegate Rights Page Allow user to assign rights for various Award levels & Budget allocation Select the user name to whom you want to pass the rights Assign responsibility by clicking on the check boxes and click Save

How to Recognize or Allocate budget on behalf of delegated person If you have been delegated rights, then you will see the option Delegate Rights in the menu bar Step 1: Choose the individual name who delegated the rights to you

How to work on Recognition & Allocation on behalf of delegated person Step2: Select the Recognition name for which you want to carry out the activity and proceed with the recognition as is Similarly if you want to assign budgets on your owner behalf you need to proceed with the allocation by clicking the option on this screen

FAQ Page Participant can log onto this page to view the program specific FAQ Click on the question and the answer will be visible to the user

Each Manager (up to Band 4) will have access to reports only for his organization unit Reports

Reports Extensive reporting options available now with various filter options to choose from View the reports now in various chart styles Pie, Bar, Trend etc
