In these years, I have been meet many professionals in various sports: Athletics, Football, Basketball, Baseball etc. from whom I could gather a lot of information on the preparation, management of athletes and teams. My years as a professional, first as a player and then as a coach, have been very educational and gave me the opportunity to try many experiences. The balance between my training and experience in business and sport has given me a culture based on the understanding that personal growth is the fundamental objective of every person. Through self-realization, self-esteem and autonomy, each person can achieve the desired levels and its objectives. My ethics as seller and coach are based on these beliefs. As a seller I achieved important results in integration area, thanks to the perseverance and patience. My predisposition to counseling has helped to diffuse a lot of important information regarding the improvement of sports performance. Thanks to the quality of the companies I represented since 1990, I have been able to increase my awarness in training the athlete. Technical skills and competences I have been PC since 1990, I have maneuvered well with Windows programs like Excel and Word. Since 2010, working mainly with Mac.
