I was active there as a unit leader and a branch leader for 6 years. During my studies at the faculty I also enrolled into Transactional analysis course. Where I got additional knowledge on interpersonal relationships. Through my work with different groups of volunteers I enhanced this knowledge. I gained inter-cultural competencies while working 15 years as a volunteer and project manager with Roma community and as a mentor of volunteers from abroad.

5 Organisational skills and I started gaining the organisational knowledge and skills with the first obligation towards my platoon in the Scouts organisation (1988). In the following 6 years I worked on different levels within the organisation. In 1993 I joined the projects of voluntary work, where I participated in preparation and implementation of the projects. I worked as a project manager (a volunteer or employee) from 1995 to Technical skills and I gained some technical knowledge through my formal education at secondary engineering school and also some from support to different youth projects.
