Advise master and doctoral students: At SEBTS: Supervise the curriculum of the M Area which includes the disciplines of biblical counseling, pastoral ministry, leadership/discipleship, Christian education, music, and women s ministry. I work with and evaluate an excellent group of faculty leading each of these disciplines. I serve as a mentor and supervisor of DMN and PHD students. Serve on the PHD committee to evaluate applications of incoming students. At SBTS: Served as associate dean of master s studies and associate professor, supervision of field education, and research work. Supervised students in field research to enable graduation. Led mentoring groups. Schedule weekly appointments for advising new and graduating students. One to one mentoring of students completing field education in Christian organizations, churches and Not-for-profits. Continued relationships with former students and alumni for coaching in leading changes in churches, developing leadership teams, and personal development. Dissertation: A Comparative Analysis of a Congregation s Perception and a Pastor s Perception of Ministerial Leadership.
