W E C O N V E Y ROTARY DISCARGE MACINE TYPE RDM-R The LOUISE Rotating Rotary Discharge Machine (RDM-R) is a central unit to extract difficult bulk material from a large capacity silo and large silo. The service platform rotates with the and the material will be d without building up material bridges. A conical roof is provided above the RDM-R in order to house the entire unit and to prevent uncontrolled outflow of the bulk material (flushing). The RDM-R is accessible either via the chute or by a maintenance way through one of the cone supports. It can be maintained completely inside the conical roof. ADVANTAGES OF LOUISE RDM-R First in First out Simultaneous feeding and discharging Vertical silo walls up to 12 m 6 arms low torque to each arm Maintenance with full silo possible For every sticky and poor flowing material Discharge capacity infinitely adjustable For capacities up to 3,000 m 3 /h Low power demand Easy access The consists of a central steel hub to which six (6) curved steel arms are affixed. The front of the arms is lined with a wear resistant steel plate and additionally the tip of the arms is hard faced. The bottom of the arms is equipped with three scraper pins, which are also hard welded, for cleaning of the silo table. Discharge with exchangeable arms 2

W E C O N V E Y CENTREX The LOUISE CENTREX is used for trouble-free silo for sticky and cohesive materials with poor flow properties. The logarithmically shaped arm moves the bulk material toward the central outlet underneath the inner cone, where it is d into a chute. The arm attacks the material underneath the material column and reaches beyond the outlines of the silo wall, which avoids accumulations and prevents the bulk material from sticking to the silo wall, thus avoiding bridging. Three basic alternatives are available with the CENTREX system. The choice depends either on the technical features of the bulk material or on the type of application within a given process. CENTREX with internal drive. Discharge from a steel plate silo with truck loading. View through the hollow girder onto the drive unit. A CENTREX with internal drive can be of shockproof or entirely pressure and water-proof design. It is therefore particularly suitable for: Feeding of mills, dryers and kilns Sludge from sediment retention basins Discharge from silos operating with inert gas Discharge from silos with poisonous materials Three basic alternatives: CENTREX with internal drive type CTX-IV CENTREX with external drive and stationary inner cone type CTX-AV CENTREX with external drive and rotating inner cone type CTX-AFD CENTREX with internal drive type CTX-IV CENTREX with external drive and stationary inner cone type CTX-AV CENTREX with external drive and rotating inner cone type CTX-AFD 6
