TRAINING HELP Course Library From the home page, navigate to the Course Catalog by clicking on the Course Catalog tab on the horizontal menu to review the list of courses available for purchase. To view the entire list of available courses, click View all courses in the catalog and you will see the entire list of courses. If you d like to refine your search, you may use the drop-down menus to search for courses by type, code/topic, or year. Purchasing a Course Click on the course you are interested in completing from the Course Catalog. 8

In the example shown above, we have selected Property Maintenance & Housing Inspector. You will have the opportunity to review the course description, price, objectives, and study materials, before purchasing. To purchase the course you have selected, click the Purchase Now button next to the price. You will be directed through the secure credit card payment system. Upon successfully completing the transaction, you will see a confirmation page and have access to your training materials immediately. 9

Completing a Course Once you have purchased training, you may begin by going to your My Courses section of the site, which is under the My Account tab on the horizontal menu. Once in the My Courses section, you will see all of your active courses. To start a course, click on the Resume button to take you to the course page (shown below). To launch the course, click on the Start Course Training, then Start Course. 10

Clicking on Start Course button will launch the Lesson Module, as shown below: Step 1: Begin by taking a moment to orient yourself to the topic and read the Learning Objectives provided in the introduction to each Lesson. The Learning Objectives are a clue for what you should take away from studying this module. If you think about these carefully, you ll know what to look for, and will retain the information. Step 2: Review the video and steps to prepare for ICC Certification. The modules present the steps that you may find useful as you begin to prepare for your final ICC examination. The steps are presented in two phases: Steps to take before you begin the study course and steps to take after completing the study course. Step 3: Take the Quizzes. This is an opportunity for you to check your knowledge about a particular topic. It s designed as a selfstudy tool and is a good way to understand the take home message from each lesson. If you are familiar with the answers to the Quiz questions for every module, you can expect to do reasonably well on the Exam. Step 4: Take the Exam. When you have completed the module, and feel reasonably certain that you understand the answers to the self-study Quizzes, you are ready to take the Exam. You must get a minimum score of 80% on each Exam to pass. Step 5: Prepare for Final in-person Exam. Create a study plan based on your results, study further, register for the final exam, and take your final exam. 11

Checking Your Progress Users may click on My Account at the top of the screen to check your course results, active and completed course history, CEU history and profile. You may review your complete course history. Courses that you have not completed will display in the Active Courses section and courses you have completed will display in the Completed or Expired section. 12

My CEU History The Campus Online tracks all of your CEU credits for credit reporting and certificate printing. You may also add additional CEU credits from this page by clicking on the Report CEU Activity button. Select the options and fill out the applicable fields and click Submit.
