1. New user? Activate your profile Useful information On www.myworkandme.com you will find a number of frequently asked questions about activating your profile on myworkandme. Go there if you have a specific question regarding this. During the activation process you will frequently see the following icon: Click this icon if you need help. This takes you directly to our frequently asked questions when applicable. You activate your profile in three easy steps: Step 1: You receive an activation e-mail and you click the link. Step 2: You then fill in your details on the activation screen. Step 3: This depends on the e-mail address you entered in the activation screen: Step 3.1: If this is the same e-mail address as the e-mail address the activation e- mail was sent to, then a message is displayed to confirm that your activation was completed successfully. Step 3.2: If this is a different e-mail address than the e-mail address the activation e-mail was sent to, then you will have to confirm this e-mail address first. More information is provided below. 1.1 CLICK THE LINK IN THE ACTIVATION E-MAIL You will receive an activation e-mail from SD Worx with a link to activate your profile. The sender of this e-mail is myworkandme@sdworx.com Click the activation link in the e-mail. The activation screen is displayed. Tip! If you didn t receive this e-mail check your spam filter. Your personnel department can send you a new activation e-mail. 3

Tip! If you don t have an e-mail address your employer will give you a user name and password. Go to www.myworkandme.com and log in with these details. The activation screen is displayed (see step below). 1.2 ENTER YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS, CHOOSE A PASSWORD AND ACCEPT THE PRIVACY STATEMENT Enter your e-mail address in the activation screen and choose a password. Which e-mail address should you use? We recommend that you use your personal e-mail address. You can use it to log into myworkandme and you will receive all e-mails from myworkandme at this address. Tip! If you don't have an e-mail address create a user name by clicking 'Click here to create a user name'. A good user name meets the following conditions: at least 5 characters; 4

maximum 50 characters; no spaces; only letters (a-z, A-Z) and numerals, or specific characters (. + _ -). How do you choose a password? A good password meets the following conditions: At least 8 characters; Maximum 25 characters; Contain only characters from at least 3 of the following categories: Uppercase (A-Z) letters; Lowercase (a-z) letters; Digits 0-9; Special characters?,. ; :! + * / = < > () []; Different from username. Before continuing with the blue 'Activate myworkandme' button, you must accept the privacy statement. What is the privacy statement? In the privacy statement you can read how SD Worx protects, uses, and processes your personal data in myworkandme. You also find out who to contact to consult, update or remove your personal data. The document also refers to the use of cookies and Google Analytics to improve our site, describes how users register on the site, and how access to the site is secured. Your personal data is never used for commercial purposes. Click the 'privacy statement' hyperlink if you want to read the complete text. 1.3 DEPENDING ON THE E-MAIL ADDRESS YOU ENTERED 1.3.1. SD Worx confirms your activation (if e-mail address in activation e-mail = e-mail address on activation screen) If the e-mail address you entered on the activation screen is the same as the e-mail address your activation e-mail was sent to, a message is displayed to indicate that your profile has been activated successfully. You can now log into myworkandme with your e-mail address and password. My Page is displayed where you can start your applications. 5

1.3.2. First confirm your e-mail address (if e-mail address in activation e-mail e-mail address on activation screen) If you entered a different e-mail address on the activation screen than the e-mail address used to send your activation e-mail, you must first confirm your e-mail address. 6

You will receive an e-mail with a confirmation link in your mailbox. The sender of this e-mail is myworkandme@sdworx.com Click the link in this e-mail. Your e-mail is now confirmed and you can log into myworkandme. A message is displayed to indicate that your e-mail address was confirmed successfully and that you can now log in with this e-mail and password. 7

2. Existing user? Log in and manage your profile Useful information On www.myworkandme.com you will find a number of frequently asked questions about logging into myworkandme and managing your profile. Go there if you have a specific question regarding this. When logging in or managing your profile you will frequently see this icon: Click this icon if you need help. This takes you directly to our frequently asked questions when applicable. 2.1 HOW TO LOG INTO MYWORKANDME Go to www.myworkandme.com and log in with your e-mail address and password. Tip! Do you prefer to use your eid to log in? This is possible if your employer has given you the necessary privileges to do this. Insert your eid into the electronic card reader and click 'Log in with eid. Follow the steps. If you have a problem logging in, read the frequently asked question about logging in with eid on www.myworkandme.com 9

Tip! Have you forgotten your password? Click the 'Forgotten your password' link and follow the steps. Alternatively, to set your password: log in with your eid (if your employer gave you the privileges) and go to your profile page by clicking the 'My profile' link in the top right corner. Note: This link is only visible if you are logged in. Now you can reset your password. See also topic 2.2 Forgotten password in this manual. Once you are logged in, My Page is displayed where you can start your applications. 2.2 FORGOTTEN PASSWORD Click the 'Forgotten your password' link on the login page. The following screen is displayed. 10

Enter an e-mail address that you specified in myworkandme. You will receive an e-mail with a link to choose a new password. If you entered your user name, this e-mail is sent to your primary e-mail address. The sender of this e-mail is myworkandme@sdworx.com Click on the link in the e-mail. The following screen is displayed. Fill in a new password, and confirm it. You then receive a message on the screen, and in your mailbox that your password had been successfully changed. 11

There is an alternative way to reset your password. Log in with your eid (if your employer gave you the privileges to do this). Go to your profile page by clicking the 'My profile' link in the top right corner. Note: This link is only visible if you are logged in. You can now set a new password without entering your old password first. 2.3 HOW TO GO TO YOUR PROFILE PAGE Log in and go to your profile page by clicking the 'My profile' link in the top right corner. An overview of your profile details on myworkandme is displayed. 12

2.4 ADD OR REMOVE AN E-MAIL ADDRESS It is possible to manage several e-mail addresses in myworkandme. You can log in with any of these e-mail addresses as long as they have been confirmed. We recommend that you enter at least your personal and your professional e-mail address. You can continue to log in with your personal e-mail address even when you change employers. This means that you can continue to use certain applications of myworkandme in your new job. On your profile page you can also see which e-mail is set as your primary e-mail address. You receive your e-mails from myworkandme by default at this address. 13

How to proceed? Click on your profile page the Edit button next to 'E-mail addresses'. A new screen is displayed where you can easily add a new e-mail address or delete an existing e-mail address. Then click the 'Save' button. If you decide not to make the change, click 'Cancel'. Tip When you add a new e-mail address, you first need to confirm it. You will receive an e-mail with a confirmation link in your mailbox. Click this link to confirm your e-mail address (the sender of this e-mail is myworkandme@sdworx.com). You can now log in with this e-mail address. The e-mail address is in italics and marked in red until it is confirmed. You can not set it as primary e-mail address if it is not confirmed. Tip You can only delete your primary e-mail address after you have set a different e-mail address as primary e-mail address. This is the reason why the Remove button is not displayed next to your primary e-mail address. See also topic 2.5 Change your primary e-mail address in this manual. After making changes, you will receive a confirmation in your mailbox. 14

2.5 CHANGE YOUR PRIMARY E-MAIL ADDRESS On your profile page you can see which e-mail is set as your primary e-mail address. You receive your e-mails from myworkandme by default at this address. This e-mail address is never used for commercial purposes and is not given to your employer. More information can be found in our privacy policy. You can set a different e-mail address as your primary e-mail address at any time. How to proceed? Click on your profile page the Edit button next to 'E-mail addresses'. Then click the Set as primary e-mail address' link next to the e-mail address that you want to use to receive e-mails from myworkandme. This must be an e-mail address that you already confirmed. Then click the 'Save' button. If you decide not to make the change, click 'Cancel'. 15

Tip Has the e-mail address that you want to set as primary address not yet been confirmed? When you add a new e-mail address, you receive an e-mail with a confirmation link in your mailbox. Your e-mail address is confirmed by simply clicking this link and then you can log in with this address. The e-mail address is in italics and marked in red until it is confirmed. You can not set it as primary e-mail address if it is not confirmed. 2.6 CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD You can set a new password on your profile page. How to proceed? Click the Edit button next to 'New password'. A new screen is displayed where you can set your password. Then click the 'Save' button. If you decide not to make the change, click 'Cancel'. A good password meets the following conditions: At least 8 characters; Maximum 25 characters; Contain only characters from at least 3 of the following categories: Uppercase (A-Z) letters; 16

Lowercase (a-z) letters; Digits 0-9; Special characters?,. ; :! + * / = < > () []; Different from username. When you change your password you receive an e-mail. If you didn t change your password yourself, then contact SD Worx using the contact form. The link towards the contact form is displayed in the e-mail. 2.7 CHANGE YOUR USER NAME The user name field is only visible if you have a user name. How to proceed? Click the 'Edit' button next to 'User name'. A new screen is displayed where you can overwrite your current user name. Then click the 'Save' button. If you decide not to make the change, click 'Cancel'. A good user name meets the following conditions: 17

at least 5 characters; maximum 50 characters; no spaces; only letters (a-z, A-Z) and numerals, or specific characters (. + _ -). When you change your user name you receive an e-mail with an overview of your new details. 2.8 CHANGE YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS You can only change your name and your language. If you change your personal details they are only modified on myworkandme and in the e- mails that you receive from myworkandme. The changes do not apply for the applications you use in myworkandme. You need to contact your personnel manager for this. How to proceed? Click the 'Edit' button next to 'Personal details'. A new screen is displayed where you can edit your name or select a different language. Then click the 'Save' button. If you decide not to make the change, click 'Cancel'. 18

When you change any of these details, you receive an e-mail with an overview of your new details. 2.9 FORGOTTEN YOUR USER NAME Have you forgotten your user name? You can always log in with your e-mail address and password. To do this, your e-mail address must be known in myworkandme (see also topic 2.4 Add or remove an e-mail address' in this manual). You can also log into myworkandme with your eid if your employer granted you these privileges. Log in with your eid and click the 'My profile' link in the top right corner. Your profile page is displayed where you can find your user name. If you don't have an eid or an e-mail address which is known in myworkandme, please contact us using the contact form (see the frequently asked questions for the link to the contact form). 19

3. Appendix I: Error messages during activation 3.1 ACTIVATION FAILED If your profile cannot be activated, the following message is displayed. The message explains what you should do. 3.2 INVALID E-MAIL ADDRESS The e-mail address you entered is incorrect. Check whether the @ or dot (.) is missing. 20

3.3 DIFFERENT E-MAIL ADDRESS Make sure you enter the same e-mail address twice. Check to see if you made any mistakes and edit where necessary. 3.4 INVALID PASSWORD The password you entered is incorrect. An overview of the conditions to be fulfilled is displayed. If you want an overview of all the conditions to be fulfilled for your password, click the question mark. 21

3.5 DIFFERENT PASSWORD Make sure you enter the same password twice. Check to see if you made any mistakes and edit where necessary. 3.6 YOU MUST ACCEPT THE PRIVACY STATEMENT To complete the activation procedure you must accept the privacy statement. 22

A message is displayed in the activation screen. What if you do not accept the SD Worx privacy statement? In the privacy statement you can read how SD Worx protects, uses, and processes your personal data in myworkandme. You also find out who to contact to consult, update or remove your personal data. The document also refers to the use of cookies and Google Analytics to improve our site, describes how users register on the site, and how access to the site is secured. Your personal data is never used for commercial purposes. If you don t agree with the SD Worx privacy statement, you cannot access myworkandme. In this case, contact your employer to find a solution. 23

4. Appendix II: Error messages when logging into myworkandme or managing your profile 4.1 LOGGING IN FAILED You were not able to log in. This can have several causes: Did you log in with details which are not known in myworkandme? You can only log in with an e-mail address that you entered in myworkandme and which you also confirmed. Maybe you typed errors when entering your e-mail address/user name or password. Or maybe the Caps Lock key was on. Try logging in again. If you see this error message, click the link to our frequently asked questions. At the bottom you will see a link to a wizard which can help you. 4.2 ADD E-MAIL ADDRESS: INVALID E-MAIL ADDRESS The e-mail address you added is incorrect. Check whether the @ or dot (.) is missing. 24

Tip When you add a new e-mail address, you first need to confirm it. You will receive an e-mail with a confirmation link in your mailbox. Your e-mail address is confirmed by simply clicking this link and then you can log in with this address. 4.3 CHANGE PASSWORD FAILED You can set a new password on your profile page. You must first enter your old (current) password. The following message is displayed if you forgot your old password or if you entered the wrong one. 25

In this case, you better use the 'Forgotten your password' link on the welcome screen to reset your password. Alternatively, log in with your eid (if your employer gave you the privileges) and go to your profile page by clicking the 'My profile' link in the top right corner. Note: This link is only visible if you are logged in. You can now set a new password without entering your old password first. See also topic 2.2 Forgotten password in this manual. 4.4 CHANGE PASSWORD: INVALID PASSWORD The password you entered is incorrect. An overview of the conditions to be fulfilled is displayed. If you want an overview of all the conditions to be fulfilled for your password, click the question mark. 26
