Cambridge Nationals, FSMQ, Level 1 & 2 Certificate, Level 2 Award, Level 3 Certificate Examinations, Principal Learning and Projects Final Examination Timetable, 2017 Important Dates 21 October 2016: Receipt of final entries by OCR 10 December 2016: Deadline for the receipt of Cambridge Nationals coursework marks for visiting moderation 10 2017: Receipt of portfolio/coursework marks by OCR 10 2017: Receipt of examiner marked coursework and set assignments by the examiner 1 March 2017: Restricted release of results to centres only by A2C and OCR Interchange 2 March 2017: Release of results to candidates Final version of the timetable Changes made since the publication of the provisional timetable are shown in red. Starting times of examinations The published starting time of all examinations is either 9.00 am or 1.30 pm. Each examination must be taken on the day and at the time shown on the timetable. Centres may change the starting time of an examination within the scheduled morning or afternoon session without notifying OCR but candidates must start morning examinations no earlier than 8.30 am and by 9.30 am and afternoon examinations no earlier than 1.00 pm and by 2.00 pm. Candidates with more than one examination in a session should take these consecutively. A supervised break may be given between examinations taken consecutively at the discretion of the centre. Centres may decide the order in which to conduct examinations for candidates taking more than one examination in a session. Leaving the examination Candidates must remain under supervision until 10.00 am for morning examinations and until 2.30 pm for afternoon examinations. For examinations of less than one hour s duration, candidates must be supervised until the published finishing time of the examination or 30 minutes after the published starting time, whichever is later. Timetable deviations If you need to arrange overnight supervision, the forms do not need to be returned to OCR but must be completed and held in your centre records. When a change is made to the published starting time of an examination, it is the responsibility of the centre to inform all candidates affected by the alteration. Exams Timetable Tool The exams timetable tool contains dates for OCR, AQA, Pearson and WJEC examinations. It is available via The Exams Office website, www.theexamsoffice.org and can be used to search, collate, export and print timetable information.
