Having travelled through the city of Florence and then proceeding uphill to San Domenico di Fiesole, the bus continues to climb, passing the restaurant Le Lance on the left. Just after the restaurant, there will be a very sharp curve to the left and you will see, on the right, a large sign for Pensione Bencistà with an arrow pointing towards the road Via Benedetto da Maiano. Get off at the stop marked 'Regresso 1', which is immediately past the curve, and walk back down (approximately 50 meters) to Via Benedetto da Maiano. Pensione Bencistà is further down with road on the right, at civic number 4. Where Via Benedetto da Maiano begins, just off the main road, you will see a small parking lot on the left and, above it, a brick arcade. The arcade leads to the gate of Casalini Libri and, from there, you can see the entrance to the Pensione Bencistà (about 15 metres beyond, on the right). Follow the twisty driveway down to the Pensione.

Having travelled through Florence to the outskirts of town, the bus will eventually start its uphill climb to toward Fiesole. You get off at the stop marked 'San Domenico di Fiesole 1', which is just after the stop marked 'Osped. di Camerata 1' and the large sign indicating Fiesole (city limits). When you get off the bus, you will note a bar/pizzeria on your left and a bar/cafe on your right. To go to Villa la Fonte from the bus stop in San Domenico, take the small road (Via delle Fontanelle) which leads slightly downhill beyond the bar/café - Villa la Fonte is on the right hand side of the road (about 400 metres).
