EVENT POLICIES Guarantee Policy: All menus and number of guests attending must be finalized 7 days prior to your event. You will be billed based on your guarantee count or higher. Groups of 50 or more are required to guarantee their reservation with a deposit of $100.00 at time of booking. Cancellation Policy: We have a seven day cancellation policy. If the reservation is not properly cancelled within the 7 day notice, the deposit will be forfeited. Food & Beverage Policy: It is against the policy of the Student Prince to allow food, beverages or alcoholic beverages to be brought into or removed from the facility with the exception of cakes.
