Gun description The electromagnetic gun DLK22LV is designed and to be installed on different types of machines operating at high speeds. Its design and versatility make it suitable for any application requiring the use of glue guns. The gun DLK22LV can be used with low and medium viscosity (2500 mpa.s max). The gun is controlled by a Zator microprocessor control or from an external control device suited for that, with the approval of Zator. The gun is composed of: an high frequency coil, a spherical tip needle, a nozzle and an armature housing where inside moves the needle. The gun is electrical controlled by coil that pull the needle open to dispense the glue and is closed by a spring to stop glue dispense. DLK 22 LV gun dispenses dots or glue lines, that depend of signal coming from the control. The drops are glue dots provided at high frequency, such as a line made of glue dots with an adjustable distance. A micrometric adjustment knob allows to optimize, without the use of tools, the size of the glue dot.
