The highly versatile packaging line
Open to everything, ready for anything Into the crate and onto the pallet? The days when packing was still as simple as that are definitely a thing of the past. Today, packaging is expected to meet demands of every kind imaginable to consumers. And consumers are of course well-known for their boundless imagination... But whatever the market comes up with next, the will easily keep up when it comes to packaging trends. This versatile system works with primary and secondary levels of packaging and all in a wide range of variations. Depending your individual requirements, it allows you to operate several end-of-the-line packaging runs on one and the same machine. And so that this degree of versatility does not come at the expense of speed, the Varioline is designed to perform at a respectable output of up to 52,000 containers per hour.
Applications Packing loose containers in multipacks, such as: Over top open Open carrier (open basket) Top carrier Wrap-around cartons Packing multipacks in secondary levels of packaging, such as: Wrap-around cartons with and without dividers Folder-type cases with and without dividers (optional) Plastic crates Displays Primary packaging Over top open Open carrier Top carrier Wrap-around carton Divider The first and secondary level packaging can be combined on the Varioline in any way you like. Your advantages All-in-one solution The Varioline allows packaging processes of up to three levels to be carried out on just a single machine. Space saving The compact system takes up far less space than a conventional packaging line. Minimum operating effort The complete packaging line can be operated conveniently by just a single operator. In addition, since the modules all have the same mechanical components, maintenance and spare parts inventories are exceptionally simple. Good accessibility All the components in the Varioline are designed with ergonomic considerations in mind. Large doors provide convenient access to the complete packaging line. Short change-over times The tools are changed semi-automatically. This guarantees exactly reproducible results and also prevents operating errors. Flexibility for the future The Varioline can be adapted to new packaging trends at any time. The machine can therefore be extended without having an impact on existing formats. High operational reliability The individual drive technology, optimised software and highperformance separate modules ensure that the Varioline offers absolute reliability and safety in daily use.
