David Byron Managing Director BCHW Global Limited David Bryon started his career as a Mechanical Engineer working for Imperial Chemical Industries. His first commercial position was as a mechanical quantity surveyor working on the design and construction of jackets for North Sea oil and gas platforms. He then worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor for Aramco in Saudi Arabia on various onshore and offshore oil and gas projects. Upon returning from Saudi Arabia he worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on the construction of North Sea offshore oil production facilities. Simon Sloane Partner ReedSmith Simon specialises in international arbitration and commercial dispute resolution, with particular expertise in the sectors of hotel & leisure, (re)insurance, mining, construction and upstream oil & gas (offshore energy).
