Introduction ChandlerKBS provides independent consultancy services across a wide range of sectors throughout Europe and the UK. Services ChandlerKBS has considerable experience in providing consultancy advice and managing various hospitality projects across the UK and Europe. Our philosophy at all times is to be different in our approach and to proactively seek to maintain the highest standards of advice and service delivery to our clients. We do not have preconceived ideas of how a project should be procured and managed. Each project has its own set of challenges and each client has their own preferred approach and procedures. Experience We are currently working on numerous hospitality projects which are either in the development, planning phase or are already under construction. Whilst our core services revolve around the Project and and Construction of schemes, we also have considerable experience in FF&E / OS&E Purchasing, Technical Due Diligence, Development Management and Management Consultancy advice in the hospitality sector. We are frequently appointed as lead consultant at an early feasibility stage, prior to the creation of a project brief and the appointment of the construction professionals. Often our clients have an initial idea for a scheme or they simply own a site or a building that they wish to develop. We assist with an independent review of this idea and the creation of a workable project brief. Once the project brief is agreed we manage using our full range of services all aspects of the project through the design development, the procurement, the construction and into the pre opening phase and onto the technical asset management of the operating property. We are also often appointed to provide a specific standalone service or range of services on a new or existing property which requires a technical upgrade or refurbishment. As a result we have extensive experience of all types of hospitality refurbishment projects ranging from the softest of guestroom FF&E refurbishments to a full hard master plan refurbishment undertaken whilst the Hotel remains in operation. Our experience in the sector provides us with a vast amount of data and contacts which we continually analyse and update. It is the knowledge gained through this process which places us in a position to add significant value to projects.
