MW Creations is a new local design agency of Mosquito Falls, MN seeking to promote business to the local community and is ran by myself CEO. As a graphic design intern for the last two years, I have worked on several different tasks with staff members to expand their image throughout their community. OBJECTIVES Event Logo Development ($1,100 - $1,400) MW Creations will provide The Great Scott Arts Association with a complete event logo featuring: One logo design concept (each additional concept billed at $300 each) Versions: CMYK, Spot, Black, & Reverse Data burned to CD via PDF, EPS, & JPG format (prints also available upon request) Cost to obtain two bids for print expenses in support of each logo design concept Event Stationary System ($1,400 - $2,000) MW Creations will provide The Great Scott Arts Association with a complete stationary package: One business card, letterhead, & envelope design concept (further concepts will be $75 each) Data of complete stationary package burned to CD via INDD, PDF, & JPG format Cost to obtain two bids for print expenses in support of each stationary item Promotional Poster ($1,100 - $1,400) MW Creations will provide The Great Scott Arts Association with a finished promotional poster: One promotional poster design concept (further concepts will be $250 each) Data of promotional poster concept burned to CD via INDD, PDF, & JPG format Cost to obtain two bids for print expenses in support of each promotional poster concept 1
OBJECTIVES (CONTINUED) Promotional Postcard ($1,100 - $1,400) MW Creations will provide The Great Scott Arts Association with a finished promotional poster: One promotional postcard design concept (further concepts will be $100 each) Data of promotional postcard concept burned to CD via INDD, PDF, & JPG format Cost to obtain two bids for print expenses in support of each promotional postcard concept METHODOLGY MW Creations will follow a specific process and working timeframe to design each requested task. NOTE: The project will be completed to the specified timeframe from receiving all materials. Event Logo Development (3-4 weeks) (5-10 hours) Concept brainstorming - Analyzation of business and creative thinking - Sketches on paper until exact idea is decided upon (1-5 hours) Use Adobe Illustrator CS5 to design the vector logo (2-3 weeks) Coordinate print production for each logo concept Event Stationary System (4-6 weeks) (2-5 hours) Prepare the business card, letterhead, & envelope in Adobe InDesign CS5 - Open three separate documents with correct size & bleed specifications - Prepare each concept to have a unique business convention between documents (7-14 days) Compile each concept into the business card, letterhead, & envelope (1-3 hours) Burn each of the three documents to a CD via INDD, PDF, & JPG format 2
