Washington University Research Administrator s Forum Learn@Work Update March 2015
Project History Annual and ongoing compliance training is a requirement for many new and existing faculty and staff at the University. Faculty members have expressed a growing frustration with the process citing that it is time consuming and can be cumbersome. This has prompted the need for a more streamlined and consolidated approach. The solution identified is to implement a Learning Management System (LMS), Learn@Work to manage all compliance related training. The LMS is an enterprise solution designed to provide a more consolidated and user friendly experience for faculty and staff.
