Text Banking Text banking allows a customer or member to access basic account information with the ease of sending a text message. Balances, recent history and account transfers can all be accessed from any mobile device that can send and receive text messages. Account data can be available at any time with minimal effort. After registration, a member or customer can see their balances by simply texting a three (3) letter command. Simple, easy and seamless access to basic account functions delivered on any mobile telephone, from flip-phones to Smartphones. Account Alerts SmartAlerts allows a customer or member to receive updates and notifications related to their accounts via email or text. Alerts are set up by a member or customer and can be personalized to reflect when they want to see alerts and which notices are received. Alerts make it easy to stay up-to-date on account activity, such as when a debit card is used or when a deposit has been accepted. Also included are security alerts that notify a member/customer when a password has changed or a limit has been exceeded on deposits or transfers. SmartwearApps TM SmartwearApps allows a customer or member to access account information from an Apple Watch. The solution provides seamless access to account information at the touch of a button, easing access and making engagement with the bank or credit union a breeze. The Apple Watch App acts as an extension of the mobile banking app. A customer/member simply downloads a new version of the app on their iphone, configures the Apple Watch, and account balances can be immediately accessed. Two Way Secure Messaging Two way secure messaging allows a customer or member to send and receive messages within mobile and Internet Banking. Customers/members can use the service to communicate directly with their financial institution. All messages are encrypted and secure. Files and pictures can be attached to messages. Bank/Credit Union employees can use MOX Console to manage the incoming messages and prepare and send responses. Incoming messages can also be integrated with the Bank/Credit Union email server or CRM application. Remote Deposit Capture with MiSnap Now it is even easier to deposit a check. With MiSnap, a mobile banking customer/member doesn t even need to snap the photo any longer. All they do is hover over the photo. When a good image has been attained, the picture is automatically snapped. Not only does this remove the step of snapping the photo, but it dramatically improves image quality doing away with the need to take additional pictures.
