Critical Compliance Reporting EZTeller consolidates cash transactions from all branches and accumulates them using threshold levels set by your bank. Transactions accumulate under both holder and conductor tax ID numbers. When cash accumulated exceeds $10,000 on a given business day, EZTeller prompts the teller to enter the required information. EZTeller tracks transaction types and maintains holder, conductor and exempt account information. CTR reports make it easy to track customer cash patterns, thereby minimizing the risk of missing reportable currency transactions. 4 Fraud Detection with EZId for EZTeller This PC-based photo and document capture and retrieval system uses scanners and digital cameras to capture documents and images so tellers can quickly identify customers to reduce fraud. Superview Superview, the EZTeller administrative module, enables management to define teller operations and security measures at the holding company, bank, branch and/or employee levels. Features, Functions and Protection Built-In EZTeller is a total solution packed with functionality that drives teller performance and efficiency. Transaction Features Teller Journal captures and stores comprehensive information on each transaction. Tellers can perform inquiries from any account number field and obtain account balance information. Bond Redemption automatically calculates redemption values for U.S. Savings Bonds using government-supplied tables and stores this information in the teller journal. Split Transactions includes credit and debit transactions as well as cash-ins. Transaction Reversal and Auto Correct automatically removes any incorrect memo postings and enables tellers to reverse transactions in a single step. Foreign Currency Exchange records all purchased and sold foreign currency. Rates can be calculated using the Superview feature. Print On-Demand uses existing bank stock to print leftbound checks, including authorization signature. Banks can also choose the optional laser check printing feature. Cash Recyclers and Dispensers tracks all transactions processed by the recycler or dispenser, marks teller journals for cash processed and provides machine-balancing support. Signature Verification integrates with major signature display software vendors and enables signatures to be displayed either automatically or manually with a single keystroke. Sales Referrals and Service Requests enables tellers to deliver sales referral activities, problem resolution and service requests without leaving the customer.

5 Added Components CTR Feature Accumulate and consolidate cash transactions from all bank branches and report large currency transactions to FinCEN in compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act. EZTeller prompts tellers to enter the required information, tracks the transaction types, and maintains holder, conductor and exempt account data. CTR reports make it easy to monitor customer cash patterns and help identify structured transactions or suspicious activity. Cash Recyclers and Dispensers Automatically count and deposit or dispense cash each time you process an EZTeller cash transaction. EZTeller interfaces with the Compuflex system (which supports most cash recyclers and dispensers) to provide seamless integration that can increase productivity and minimize counting errors. Teller Capture Interface Capture images of checks, deposit slips, payment coupons and more at the teller line with ActiveView Teller Capture. This method of capturing paper items allows you to expedite transaction processing, reduce teller errors, eliminate batching and paper tickets, and automatically create virtual tickets. As an added benefit, deposits with large numbers of items can be deferred for later recall, allowing the capture process to be completed at nonpeak hours. EZTeller integrated with ActiveView Teller Capture delivers a powerful solution that enables you to meet all your Check 21 goals. OFAC Interface Check buyer and payee names during a variety of transactions, including selling negotiable instruments and check cashing transactions through EZTeller against the OFAC list. Quickly access the OFAC list through the ASK menu in EZTeller. EZTeller interfaces with several OFAC software vendors. Positive Pay Interface Decrease check fraud and monetary loss by verifying that certain on-us checks are authorized to be cashed. EZTeller validates checks against a Positive Pay list and notifies the teller if a check has already been cashed, voided or if payment was stopped. EZTeller interfaces with several Positive Pay software vendors. Signature Display Help prevent check fraud by using EZTeller with EZId or another major signature retrieval software for integrated signature display at the teller window. Quickly display signatures through the ASK menu in EZTeller. E-Receipts Tellers have the ability to send a receipt via at the time of the transaction. The message will be sent using our platformindependent delivery system based in our secure Enterprise Services Center. Laser Check Printing Interface Print cashier s checks, money orders and more using a quiet and fast laser printer. EZTeller interfaces with certain check vendors to help you print high-quality, professional looking checks. EZTeller also offers its own Laser Check Printing on pre-printed check stock.
