4445 Post Road, Bronx NY Pratt Family Mausoleum, Glen Cove NY. Reconstruction of elevator bulkhead on roof including masonry, concrete slabs, steel structure, fire-proofing, framing, wall paneling, roofing, electric, HVAC and plumbing. The work on this famous mausoleum included stone replacement, pointing, new copper flashing installations, as well as the installation of new waterproofing. This work was completed back in 2007.
